it is a nice place to stay. the internet also works and the terrace (of the dar) is lovely especially if you like sunsets. also it is clean and the breakfast is ok.

on the down side the place is really cold during winter. I put on the ventilation and all but still it didn't get warm because the room was too humid...

also the price of 500 (or more) dirham per night is way overpriced for what you get.

Room Tip: don't go during february because it is too humid and therefore cold..

We stayed at the Maison Do, the smaller of the two properties in December 2015. We opted for the airport transfer which was friendly and convenient. We can highly recommend it to other travellers as other taxi drivers will not bring you to the door and it's very easy to get lost in the Medina.
The owner and staff were very helpful during our entire stay. We greatly enjoyed the breakfasts on the rooftop terrace. The Maison Do does not have a pool like the Riad.
In the winter months Marrakech gets quite cold at night and the Maison was no exception. We couldn't figure out the heating in the room and were quite cold at night. For the summer though there is a large air conditioning unit. In general the room was very authentic and is not luxurious.
We were very thankful to Madame for organizing a day excursion for us and would highly recommend that.
Overall we were very happy and Abul and the other staff made our stay very comfortable.

Room Tip: Eat on the rooftop. Ask for them to arrange tours and take the airport transfer.

Very beautiful place in the Medina. Only 10 minutes walk from the Jemaa el Fna square itis a very good location to stay. The rooms are just as beautiful decorated as the pictures on the website promise. The owner Yolande and the helpfull Ali are very friendly, have good information and can arrange everything. The way a Riad is built makes that you easily hear other guests, specialy when they are arriving or leaving so earplugs can be a good idea.
Delicious breakfast on the terrace on the roof is a good start of the day
I definitely recommend to stay here!

Room Tip: all rooms are different, but all are beautiful

During our journey in Morocco we had the pleasure to reside in in differents Riad/Dar, some very luxourious. My favorite, not the biggest, not the most luxourious became Riad Maison d'O. 21 derb Hajjama, Ben Salah. Not far from Fna place. It's a typical riad. In which we felt to be home, in a private house, neither in a modern and colorless hotel nor in a 1000 and 1 nights palace.l.The cook of the house is skillfull, we did eat an exquisite dinner on the terrace roof. The hostess a french lady speaks english .

We stayed here twice for one night, and loved it.
We had a lovely welcome from Yolande who organised and collected us from our taxi, and gave us a little introduction to the town on the rooftop over tea and biscuits. We loved the area which is safe, and lively. Riad life isn't necessary quiet so earplugs might be useful for light sleepers (call to prayer, and children playing outside), but our two rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. Breakfast on the rooftop is delicious, and the plunge pool was an added bonus for our (adolescent) kids. Plenty of places around to grab some food and have it in peace on the roof if you're tired after a day's sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this place.

Room Tip: We had the lavender and mint rooms, both of which were lovely
