Best Western Plus offered clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations, prompt service, and a delicious breakfast variety. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle transporting guests around the neighboring areas like Slipway and Sea Cliff village. We also had the option to spend the day at it’s sister hotel, Best Western Coral Beach, where we were able to relax and enjoy their beautiful pool and beach. The gym was a little small, but the exercise machines were adequate for a short stay. If you’re looking for comfort, ease of stay, and friendly service, this is a good option.

Little things make a big difference and in this Best Western, starting from the cookie jar, the spiced tea and the friendly smile you feel home from the first moment.

BF is more than adequate and they cater for special requests. And where do you get a fresh coconut ??

Next time I will give one more star if the sort out WiFi in the Gym and the slipping belt of the treadmill .. (little wink .. Balton can fix this).

Room Tip: The rooms to the back, away from the service station are the quietest

I checked into this hotel after a negative experience at a Beach Resort and i must say i met the most wonderful person who not only cared about our stay,but our health and went above and beyond to guide us and make our stay exceptionally great.If you go to this hotel Ask for Lulu (sales and Marketing) and you will receive exceptional treatment as we did.

A warm welcome in reception to a huge room with all the required amenities. The king size bed is comfortable and everything is maintained and works, Nice sized bathroom with a big walk in shower, The only negative there is that the hot water is extremely limited. Drinks in the bar were fun with debates with the bar men. The breakfast is fair and the service is good. the shuttle will drop you off in the area. While all the staff were extremely friendly a special shout out to Elizabeth and Happiness who found a smile in everything she did in the restaurant.

Hello every body,
I want to share a probity and very honesty situation I experienced with all of the crew members.
1 month ago approximately I left the room on the way to the air port to my resident country after long amazing vacation in Tanzania,
When I reached the air port it was 15 minutes remain for check in, then i recognize that I left a huge amount of money in the safe of the room.
With hand shaking I called to the reception to explain what happened, within 1 minute they call me back said all the amount in their hands and it will be safe until my local body will come to collect it in a few days, and that's exactly what happened and I received 1 week later all the money back.
I'm so so so thankful for all of the crew members, of course I'll return to enjoy Best Western Plus Peninsula Hotel, Number one in service and Loyalty!
