We stayed here for a few night while travelling multiple countries in Africa. The rooms are clean and spacious. The meals were good. The buffet breakfast also good. In the restaurant Vincent, Professor and Aaron were very friendly and attentive. They know how to make the guests feel comfortable and happy. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was very good, eats were good, breakfast very good, layout of place excellent, poll, service great, they would look after your bag if you leave later, as a traveller is close to walk to most places for other tours, food walking distance if wanted. Quiet area, good area to be honest.

Room tip: we stayed downstairs and was great, quiet and overlooking great lawn.

The room was lovely and clean, the fridge was so iced up its door would barely close.
WIFI in the room was intermittent but much better near pool/ reception/ restaurant.
The overpriced evening buffet ran out of many of the options half way through the meal time. The 1st morning buffet breakfast was a mess. Plenty of juice no glasses, cups no coffee, toast no butter, We stayed two days didnt eat there the 2nd night just walk down street and find many better options. The breakfast on the second morning was somewhat better. If the breakfast wasnt part of our package we would have gone elsewhere after the previous morniing experience. Staff always pleasant but query where was the efficiency. Pool and surrounds were lovely.

Well located, great staff and good value. Older hotel but all facilities work, rooms large and newly air conditioned. Swim up bar and activity desk complete the package. Good for a short visit to the Falls.

We had two rooms booked for Oct 3-6, both were on the second floor. It's quiet and facing the courtyard/swimming pool, but there is no elevator so it's better to request a first floor unit if you have mobility issue. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with mini-frig, safe, an electric water kettle, and daily replenishment of coffee/tea bags and bottled waters. TV has CNN so you are still in touch with the rest of world if you so desire. Location is fine, less than 10 min walk to town, and a short cab ride to the Park and Bridge. Staff are all very friendly and eager to help. Although there is no ice machine, they will go to the restaurant downstairs to get you ice if requested. They will also call a cab or make any local calls for you. Tips of $1-2 go a long way and they were always gracious to receive. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I ever return to Vic Falls.
