I went there once for dinner. They didn't have some things on the menu, but we ended eating a Penne al Tonno and a Carbonara. The portions were big and the food was well cooked.
We payed around 6000 kwanza for two.
There were some locals and some expats on the restaurant.
They didn't proactively serve starters. The service was OK. It's a good solution for a dinner with friends, I wouldn't recommend business meals there.
