We stayed here twice - in June at the beginning of our group safari to Namibia and Botswana and then on our return.
The owners - Natalie and Alex - were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The accommodation was excellent and the meals by chef Alex were amazing. Highly recommended and well priced.

If a more hospitable, welcoming place could be found, I'd be surprised. There is a lot of care and pride in the management of this place. We were only an overnight stay, unfortunately, but it was enough to feel so welcome and cared for. We had pre-planned dinner at Joe's Beerhouse, which turned out to be a mistake. If only we'd known to have dinner here. We had a behind-the-scenes look at the food prep, which was pridefully prepared by the staff and owner.

We were two women and it was apparent that we needed to be cautious, which he recognized. He arranged for our taxi service and were given a briefing of why it was important to go only with that driver or to call him.

We didn't request a breakfast to go since we were leaving before breakfast hours, but were greeted with one anyway. The place was gated and he got up quite early to let us out. This is a sure bet.

Room Tip: There was some noise (not too late) from some gregarious boys, but that ended and from then it was a good night sleep.

1 night was not enough to appreciate the property. We also made the mistake of not booking dinner there--if we could go back and do it again, we would absolutely have dinner here! Luckily, after a terrible experience at Joe's Beer House (we turned around and left after 30 minutes there without getting drinks) we caught dessert at Londiningi.

We had to leave very early in the morning, and the owner made sure we had a breakfast to go, greeting us early so that he could disarm the gate alarm. He also was very helpful in arranging taxis for us to/from Joe's that ended up being a waste!

Highly recommend--excellent food, nice facility, fantastic hospitality.

We had the family room so it was great the three of us could stay together our last night in Namibia before flying home. (Most often we had to pay for two rooms as our other accommodations during our vacation only had double rooms.). The room was large, clean & comfy. Wifi was excellent. We checked in after dinner so only ate breakfast here but it was delicious! The thing that made me love this place so much was the owners kindness. Two of us were flying out in the morning but my one daughter wasn't leaving Windhoek until that evening, by bus. They went above & beyond allowing her to hang out there for the afternoon & assuring me they'd make sure she got a cab to the bus station when it was time. I felt so much better leaving the country knowing she was not wandering the streets with her luggage in tow all day. Thank you! I would definitely stay here again if I was ever in Namibia again.

This beautiful guesthouse treats all its guests like family and honoured guests. Alex's cooking is amazing. The Oryx carpaccio was to die for. If I return to Namibia one day would definitely stay here and eat all my meals here. Simply the best and thanks for the breakfast box too. So thoughtful
