We were only here for one night at the start of our holiday to Namibia having spent the previous 20 hours travelling from the UK.
Good ground floor room overlooking a green area and pool. Fast and efficient check-in.
Very comfortable and good bathroom plus a patio outside room with table and chairs.
Restaurant food in evening was good and reasonable choice and a great breakfast.
All service and staff was good.
We had a good night sleep !
Can't say more as we left after breakfast.

To be honest the decor of the foyer is a bit imposing but with the warm welcome, juice and refresher towel and you know that you are in for something special. The friendliness of the staff and the effort with food and dinning are what sets this hotel apart.

Room tip: We stayed in Suite 277 and Wow! it is fit for a King!

The rooms are neat and comfortable The staff are friendly and the breakfasts are awesome. We didn't use the other facilities. Parking can be a problem when all of the gamblers decend. Unfortunately they were building and we had an outside facing room which was quite noisy

I was only there overnight but the service and attention by staff from checkin to checkout was excellent. Food was good and portions big. Though considered expensive compared to smaller hotels, I found their cost (by Western standards) more than reasonable. Wifi was fast, room amenities were good.

Stayed at this hotel at the start and end of my holiday. The first room we had was in need of repair but we were told that the hotel was undergoing refurbishment. The second room was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank Panda and Dirk who gave me assistance in printing my boarding passes when the printer in the public area would not work. Thank you to them. If ever I am in Namibia again I would stay at this hotel.
