The major upside about AT Hotel is its location. It is a five minute walk to Taipei 101 and Taipei 101 Station. It is also very near (walking distance) to Shinyi Shopping and Entertainment District, as well as the Linjiang night market. The quality of the hotel building and rooms are really poor. There is no hotel lobby to speak of--only a small sitting area facing the elevator with 2 chairs and a small table. The building seems to be old and not well maintained. The hallways are dark (with only dim yellow lighting), dirty, and seems like an extended storage of housekeeping. You will see boxes of recycled plastic bottles, dirty linens, and housekeeping carts scattered along the hallway as soon as the elevator opens. The carpet also looks very very dirty The rooms with one double bed are really small, but the ones with two single beds are a bit bigger. Sound proofing is very bad. You can hear the honking vehicles and motorcycles along the road all night, as well as the sound of people walking and banging the doors along the corridor. I think this is because the partitions in between rooms are actually just wooden board (and not a concrete wall) so you can hear all the noises coming from the other rooms. The carpets in the room are old and dirty. It would even be better if they just remove the carpet all together. The room is also very dark (with dim yellow lighting) and I can hardly see myself clearly in the mirror. I hope the management will do some renovation and improve the quality of the room.

Stayed for 4 nights in Dec 2016. The upside to this hotel is its location. Within walking distance to Taipei 101 and train stations, commuting to and from night markets is a cinch.

The front office staff though, aren't too friendly and would greatly benefit from some service sensitivity training. The rooms aren't too big either but I guess is commensurate to its price.

They serve good breakfast too. The chef deserves praise.

An added attraction is the night market within walking distance from the hotel's backside.

Worth going back to if the front office service improves.

Great location next to Exhibitoon Center & 101 with bus & subway nearby, modern decor quite pleasing; good breakfast both Chinese & Western. Room is so tiny that one hardly can move about without bumping one another. Way overpriced at US$125 per night when booked well in advance. Overall not worth it!

My third time staying at this establishment and I must say it's still keeping up to the good standards. Was here for a business trip and was provided with a superior single room, the room comes with windows and a nice view of the street down below.

Room itself was clean and neat, the queen size bed really comfortable and the toilet is kept clean. Staying here for the past 3 years in 3 occasions, it does not show any signs of aging in regards to the rooms itself which really impresses me.

After my provided accommodation for my business trip ended, I booked an additional night at a different room and they gave me an upgrade which is really thoughtful!

Overall, a very good hotel to stay if you are intending to explore the 101 area and/or having business to do in the nearby exhibitions centres.

Rooms are small but location makes up for all. It is great value for what you pay. I would definitely considering staying here. I had a non-smoking room but unfortunately I can smell cigarettes through out the level.

This a well located hotel, two blocks from 101 Building and mayor attractions.
You star with a good breakfast and the rooms are well kept by a very friendly staff.
The only negative note was that the heating system did not work, but staff provided prompt solution with a portable heating unit.
Location is excellent and the City is as friendly as you can expect.
