The value is driven on price; I landed a nice sale prices, so it was worth it...
- helpful, friendly staff
- clean!
- great location between Terminal 21 and Emporium
But the cons list is much longer
- the pictures on the web site have no bearing at all on room look/feel
- no computer work area (I left the hotel two days early due to this - hard to work off of bed for days in a row)
- badly worn common areas
- badly worn interior, stained carpet, water stained cushions
- no place to store clothes
- generally a very run-down feel
- use of physical keys for rooms - you only get one, so only good for solo traveler
Bottom line? I would definitely not stay here again....

Room tip: Do not prepay - if you cannot inspect room for suitability, do not book!

I've stayed for 4 nights in this hotel recently and it was terrible. The hotel was located in a corner which couldn't be seen at the main road and was called to asked for the location but phone was not picked up. Upon arrival, the receptionist told that their phone is out of order which could not be acceptable as a hotel. The room photo displayed in the web, is an illustration and it it not what we saw in the Web. The room is rundown and need lots of maintenance improvement. Daily cleaning room was not been done unless request and the safety in the room can't be used. The window unable to locked and it is not safe. The room leaking and cause of flooding. No hot water in the shower and overall is terrible. Is not recommended and you may look for more opt hotel around the area which is much better. Definitely I will not returned to this hotel again. Upon departure, due to heavy rain, the hotel area and the whole sukhumvit was under natural disaster and the area is flooding terribly. No transport could reached the hotel and have to walked through the flood to skytrain. A terrible experience and worst hotel experience.

Stayed here for 2 nights.
Free coffee machine was great. However that was all that was great.
Walked up 3 flights of stairs with our luggage (no concierge) to find our drab, dusty and smelly room. I went to the toilet and looked at the shower. Horrified to see about 30 or so black maggot looking things wriggling around on the shower floor. I went to wash my hands in the sink but the tap faucet was so loose that I couldn't turn the tap on without holding onto the faucet.
Asked to change rooms. We got put on the next floor up so that was another flight to get up.
The new room was ok. Not great, just ok. Toilet leaked. Glass shelf in the shower was loose so nothing stayed on it.
Bed was ok, sheets ok. Found a hair in the bed though.
Towels smelled old and musty.

Nothing special. Nothing nice. Just a little hotel down a tiny soi. Did it's job as a stopover but I've been in better places for less.

Small hotel near sukomvit, BTS also not that far, restaurants and bars on walking distance. Large rooms, a bit outdated but ok. There is no elevator only stairs. Air conditioning was working fine. Wifi was available too. Didn't had breakfast so can't tell anything about that.

A pretty decent hotel on Sukhumvit 31 if a little hard to find. If your coming here from the BTS you'll walk down the main street for 200 yards or so and you'll come across an alley on your left. Look up and you'll see a sign for the hotel. Walk down the alley and the hotel is near the end on the left. There's no elevator so you'll have to carry your bags upstairs. Unfortunately I was on the 3rd floor which wasn't ideal in this heat. If you have a car then parking spaces are limited on the street outside the front door and be warned there's not much room as it's a narrow street. Breakfast isn't included which is disappointing as most hotels at this price offer breakfast as part of your stay. Room was a decent size and very clean but the bed is like a marshmallow and a bit soft for me. Oh, and I couldn't get the shower to run hot. Other than that it's a decent enough hotel but I won't stay again only for the fact of no elevator and having to pay for breakfast. Hotel is a short walk from the nearest BTS station and there's plenty shops and bars close by.
