Positives- Staff very friendly. Breakfast amazing. Price excellent. Room very clean. Close to BTS, 7 11s, amazing little corner restaurant ( looks basic but it has English menu and very cheap but tasty dishes) across the road. Local markets by which I mean not tourist driven.
Negatives- Walls not the thickest and slowish WiFi.
I know its picky but I could hear the people in the next room Skype their family.
But it is well worth the money.

Room Tip: chose rooms at the back high up. They have a lift.

We just stayed at The Bangkok Loft Inn for five nights and it is everything and more that we read about it.  The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We were picked up at the airport and driven into the hotel where we were greeted with glasses of juice. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfasts each morning were fantastic, with all sorts of fruit and pastries, cereal, full Western or Thai breakfasts, juices, yogurts, and fantastic coffee.   Just as other reviewers mentioned, a food package was prepared for us for our early departure.
The hotel is very close to Skytrain so it is very easy to get into the city.  In terms of value for the money, this hotel is outstanding.

Room Tip: We had a room at the back that was totally quiet.

We found everything everyone says about the quality of this hotel to be true. In Australia the fantastic breakfast alone would cost as much as this room. About the location - don't be concerned. Bangkok is made up of lots of neighbourhoods and you need to use public transport or taxis to travel between them. You can never be near everything you will want to see in Bangkok, so being close to the BTS is a better option. Two stops and you are at central pier where you can get the Chao Praya express to lots of different places. There is a huge authentic market around the corner, and we ate at a local restaurant across the road. I used the gym at a place called Aiya Residences, and it was good. If you are in Bangkok on the weekend, be sure to visit Ko Kret island.

Room Tip: Be sure to ask for a quiet room.

We are 100% satisfied with that Hotel, The service was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. All highlights are easy to reach, the skytrain is just around the corner. The rooms are clean and big. Nice breakfast, you can choose between western and thai breakfast. They did us a great favour when they brought us luggage to the airport which was stored over two weeks in the hotel. We definitelly would recommend the Bangkok Loft Inn.

My partner and I chose this hotel as our first and last accommodation in Thailand as we arrived from Sydney and the night before we flew back to Sydney. As we began planning our trip we looked at loads of different hotels in Bangkok and this one seemed to be the best value, and we were far from disappointed. Bob (the manager.. I think) was nice enough to arrange airport transfers for us and without this we would have been very lost. He even went out of his way to help us set up our phones with new Thai sim cards and re-charge them and organise Thai Boxing tickets for us. The ladies from reception were very helpful as well as they suggested nice restaurants for us to go to and even packed us lunch to take when we were heading out early. As for the room, it looked very modern and was kept very clean, the bed was massive and the best part of the room was the very fast, very cold air conditioner! This hotel was much better than we had expected and the staff were amazing and such wonderful people. We will definitely return on our next trip to Thailand.

We liked this hotel because of the helpful friendly staff. Location was perfect for us. Spotless and clean hotel. It's on a busy street but that was ok.

Room Tip: We stayed on te street side it's was noisy but we liked it.

great place with clean rooms, good but hard beds, 5 minute walk to the skytrain. Nice breakfast with several choices. Staff is nice. My room was at the rear and was very quiet. Add in free airport pickup and plenty of local food stalls and it is a great stay. Be aware, it is in a local neighborhood, not a tourist area. I liked that a lot.

Room Tip: back of hotel, off of street
