“Close to the airport with free airport shuttle service.”
Reviewed 15 March 2012

I stayed at the Sinsuvarn Airport Suite on a recent trip to Thailand. I had over 12 hours between my flights into and out of Thailand so I needed a hotel to spend the night in. The Sinsuvarn Airport Suite
worked out perfectly as they are only a few minutes from the airport and they offer a free airport shuttle service. You need to pre-book the airport pick-up and then find the person holding a sign with your name on it somewhere on Level 2 when you arrive to BKK. You also need to pre-book the return shuttle back to the airport but thats done at check-in. I would only reccomend this hotel to someone looking to overnight between flights. The neighborhood this place is located in is not very touristy at all.

I spent a night here because of my late flight. We found the door gate and got touch with the woman. 20mins later, a van came to pick us up from the airport. The hotel is 15mins away from the airport with nothing around. The service here was good with big smiles on the staff's face. The rooms was clean. The food in the restaurant was soso. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport with really good service. I highly recommend this hotel with a reasonable price.

We needed a place to crash for a late one-night stopover in Bangkok, and we wanted it for cheap. This is the hotel for you if your criteria is the same as ours. We arrived and left when it was dark, so we could barely make out the surroundings (though what we did see looked mighty crufty!) The bed was pretty stiff, but we didn't care much- we were so tired we could have slept anywhere! The bottom of the shower curtain was moldy, as others here have stated, but it didn't seem like that big a deal to us. I mean, it's a really cheap airport hotel in It's normal. Just be careful what you do with it.Bangkok, right? What can you expect? It is what it is- a place to crash when you have another flight early the next day. Don't use this place as a home base for going into the city. It's far out from the centre, and it's a little gross. I would not want to see it or the area it's in in broad daylight!

I had booked this hotel, for one night, so we could see some of Bangkok after being in Phuket for 2 weeks. When we were picked up at the airport, we were solicited from an "employee" of the hotel who attempted to talk us into using him for a tour around Bangkok for 1800 bhats. Once we told him we were not interested, and wanted to check into our hotel first, he left us alone. We were taken to the hotel, which was very close to the airport, and as we were getting closer, we became very concerned about our choice. The hotel is down an alley of sorts, that backs up against, what looked like a sewage waste dump. The hotel lobby looked semi clean, and the check in was quick. We had breakfast included in our stay, but nothing was said about that. When we got up to the floor our room was on, we entered, only to find horrible accomodations in the room. The curtains had mold on the bottom of them, the toilet seat was literally falling of the toilet, the shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it, and when we sat on the bed, it was like sitting on a wooden plank. I'm thinking, the floor would have been about as soft. The walls were dirty, and everything about it, screamed "not clean". When we went back down to ask about how to get into downtown Bangkok, we were told the hotel taxi would take us for 400 bhats. That was great. We also asked about breakfast, and we were told, since we had an early flight, prior to the restaurant opening, we would be given a "box" with food.....that never happend, and after seeing everything, we were ok with that. I would not stay at this hotel, under any circumstances, unless you are use to staying at sub-standard hotels.

Room Tip: pick another hotel :) lots to choose from around the airport !

We booked this hotel for a stopover between flights. The shuttle was timely, efficient check in, rooms were clean. It does the job of an airport stopover hotel perfectly. Would definitely use it again.

Booked 1 night here between flights and it was a perfect stop-over. Near to the airport, the free shuttle service worked well. The room was clean, and the restaurant was very good, with reasonable prices and good food and cold beer ! Would definitely choose this again for an airport stop.

1 a.m. after over 20 hours flying, midpoint in the flight we realized we had to lie down on a bed when we landed in Bangkok, and found this hotel. Got their minivan from the airport, and checked in even though there was a reservation error (not their fault.) 5 hours later, we were up and trying to find our way out of town, having a lot of trouble on the phone and website of our next stop. The ladies at the front desk took pity on us and started making calls and giving us information we desperately needed. We were up the creek with no paddle, no bus or flights with seats available for our next step in Thailand. The nice lady called her friend who got a driver to come pick us up and take us on a 6 hour drive where we needed to go. Later we found out that the price he charged was quite fair, maybe even low.
The hotel does not look like the brochure. Not in any way. But it was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything in the room worked, and the coffee at the place across the parking lot was great. Most important, Sinsuvarn staff delivered what we needed --an emergency travel agent. Thank you Yim Kan! I would gladly stay here again if I needed an airport hotel.
