“Good for Short Stay in Bangkok”
Reviewed 14 January 2012

Advantage : Very Near to Asoke BTS/Sukhumvit MRT and Terminal 21. Room is Average and Clean. Free breakfast. Big bed. Free wireless internet and connection is OK. Nice colorful LED bed light. With free slipper inside room.

Disadvantage: A total of 15-room hotel. A very firm bed. Only 3 choices of breakfast menu. Not good for long and business trip. Small room.

Stayed in the corner superior room for 5 days. The room was small but enough space to keep 4 luggages. Everyday, room was kept clean, towels changed, and toiletries replenished. Bed was VERY FIRM, but still slept fine. They only had 3 choices for breakfast. I always ordered breakfast menu #1(eggs/toast/sausage/ham with fresh orange juice) and coffee. They also provide free instant coffee and tea in the room. Wi-fi is free but you have to ask every day the front desk for user name/password provided in a slip of paper. Hotel is minutes walk via skyway to the Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, and the new Terminal 21 (where you can have cheap meals at the food court at level 5). Also close to Soi Cowboy(across the street) for some inexpensive night out. Found the front desk staff helpful, friendly , and accommodating.

The only great thing they have is location. Hotel is very close to BTS and MRT stations so very easy to reach the places you need. Everything else was just so so. Room is not small, it is VERY small. Clean, but noisy. It could fit for solo travelers to stay not more than 1 night.
Worst thing was staff working at front desk, I have never met such lazy unhelpful staff...a woman there was even too lazy to say a word and she never smiled...

In a fantastic position next to Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT.
I had a deluxe room after my previous trip had been in the superior and the deluxe is much better for not much more money. Slightly bigger room, but not much, but this room had a fridge, which I always enjoy to keep milk in so I can have tea/coffee any time. It has a mini bar but cheaper to buy at a 7/11 and keep in the fridge. The deluxe room also had a window which is much nicer, even to keep a check on the weather outside! It was a bit noisier, though.
The staff were pleasant and breakfast is 8am to 11am but it is about as basic as you can get, though, ok for all that. The free wifi works well.
There is a safe, which I never bother with myself, though the "security guard" was always fast asleep when I got in with no-one obviously on reception.
If I go to Asoke Suites again I will use the deluxe rooms. If only the superior are available then for stays of more than 1 night I would find somewhere else (eg Sukhumvit Suites opposite).

Room Tip: get the deluxe room.

Good & convenient, safe & clean location, next to Asoke BTS & Exchange Tower (True Gym, cafe & some boutiques). Walk to Exchange Tower, go up escalator 2nd level is link to Asoke BTS. BTS is cheap and brings you to all shopping places.

The simple breakfast is nice to start the day. For beverage, they will serve you both orange juice & tea/coffee even if you say tea/coffee only. The Banana Cafe opposite the hotel serves great pizza & pasta at reasonable prices (SGD$8 for a reg pizza), free wifi and it's a comfy place to rest & relax.

As for room, neat, clean, simple layout. The rates are cheap so don't expect it to be luxurious like a 4 star hotel. I think it's good enough for girl friends shopping trip which you spend most time outside and only back at night for sleep. The bed is a bit hard, but slept ok, maybe we were too tired after a day's shopping.

Easy to get taxi outside the hotel. Get a taxi to Makasan Station (direct train to airport) is ard 60baht only, 10mins ride.

Room Tip: The medium deluxe room has a small window near the door and has an odd angle which gives less walkwa...

The hotel is very valuable for its price, it is a small hotel located in the heart of bangkok and a few steps away from the both the MRT and The BTS so you can easily and cheaply reach almot all bangkok , the rooms are small, but being in bangkok you just need the room for sleep, so I guess you don't need a big room, the rooms are very clean , and the staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpfull>

the only disadvantage is the very limited choices in breakfast !, meanwhile you can start the day with it but will need to eat something after a while before the lunch ....

thanks for the hotel management and the staf for the welcoming stay .

Room Tip: Rooms away from the street to be more quite
