Clean, friendly - but a bit out of the way

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Aug 29, 2015
If it wasn't for the slightly remote location this hostel would have our five stars. While it's not easy to simply stroll out of the hostel and find something interesting to do (a few malls down the road), the building in its own right is very clean, placed right beneath an Airport Rail Link station; the staff are very friendly and welcoming; there's a computer and two nice social areas (although it's not the most sociable hostel, people seemed to keep themselves to themselves a bit).

It's a long way from the river and all of the tourist attractions, but the train links are superb and convenient - this is true for the whole city - so it's by no means inaccessible. Also, being so easy to access from the airport is amazing. If you're a light sleeper, the busy intersection just outside might be a pain.

Hi, Jem B

Thank you for your review Jem, and really thank you for sharing your opinion and experience whire you were here and in Bangkok.

Our hostel is located at the corner, and the traffic is also busy all day, but if you are the light sleeper, we can let you to stay in the other side of the building. We think it would be OK for some people who like to stay in a quiet place.

In additions, for the place that is around here, there are a lot of mall for shopping, but if you like to see tourist attractions, it's a little bit far to go there like Jem said. In the other hand, now Bangkok is built the new station of subway -- that means if you back in next 10 years, it would be not hard for you to go travel around Bangkok too.

Thank you so much and we hope you will came back again,
Bebank ^^

Good location but obviously some things are not high standard, the lack of windows being n.1 problem.
You always pay what you get -or not get- i.e. windows.
Bangkok certainly can offer more for slightly more money

Hi, 1Lovetrav

At first, we are really thank you for your comment that is a very good suggestion. But, in our hostel we just have only one room that don't have window in the room, and maybe you stay in that room, single private room.

By the way, if you would like to change the room, you can tell the front officer, if the room is available, we also can change the room for you by no charge.

In additions, our hostel just have only 2 single bed rooms, that means the first one have window, but the space is smaller, and the other one, the space is quite big, but no windows. If customers come here, you can tell us which kind of room that you want, but the price is the same too.

By the way, we are really so sorry for your review so much, and hope you will come here again.

Thank you so much
Bebank ^^

The Link Corner Hostel is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed throughout my travels in Thailand. An amazing offer with Really convenient place for shopping and discover the dynamic center of Bangkok, right next to railway station, one of the biggest surprise for me was staffs here are so friendly, they can even speak English than any other hostel around Bangkok and they are very friendly and efficient, they are also very dedicated in attending to all needs of the guests and there. The smile on SPY (one of the amazing staff) never late you go out even if you have to check out .The wifi worked very well too! I stayed in for 2 days in shared and 6 days private room with amazing experience. I cannot be any more detailed that I already am in putting my point across. If one is up for a nice and pleasant experience for Group or individual in Bangkok, the Link Corner Hostel is definitely the right place that ticks all the right boxes.

Room tip: For group travelers the Family and shared room are best .

Really convenient place for shopping and discover the dynamic center of Bangkok, right next to railway station, very close to Pratunam market, Platinum, Siam... And the biggest surprise for me was staffs here are so friendly, they can even speak some Vietnamese (so cute :)), and I was here when they were having a birthday party. So much fun! I feel like home!

This is a great hostel seriously 2 seconds from the train station. Everything was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The wifi worked very well too! I stayed in a private room that didn't have windows but that made sure I slept well! I would stay here again!

The Link Corner Hostel is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed throughout my travels in Thailand. Not only are the staffs very friendly and efficient, they are also very dedicated in attending to all needs of the guests. No one passes by without my being extremely excited about sharing my experience in this hostel to my friends who are hesitant about where to stay in Bangkok.

I attribute the semblance of friendliness in this hostel to the comfort of the common area where all guests may sit around and socialise with fantastic wifi connection to go along with. Cleanliness is and always has been the top priority of the management and this is evidenced by how happy I have been with how meticulous the cleaning personnel are in ensuring that no single stain can be sighted by the guests.

I cannot be any more detailed that I already am in putting my point across. If one is up for a nice and pleasant experience in Bangkok, the Link Corner Hostel is definitely the right place that ticks all the right boxes.

Room tip: The common area upstairs has a large telly where guests can sit around and enjoy a wide selection of movies.
