The Airport rail link (ARL) operation system is totally incredibly terribly ineffective! During the rush hour (6.60-9.30am. and 4.00-8.00pm.), you need to wait approximately at least 1 to 1.30 hours to get on the train.

There are only 4 to 5 train left in-use. So it leaves us with an unfortunate reality; the trains come every 20 minutes and even worse , you would not be able to get on the first arriving train anyway and you might have to be waiting for another and another one.

Talking in side the ARL train, there are no over-head room for luggage nor any room under the train seats so you have to leave your luggage blocking the way. It causes difficulties when passengers get-in/out.

Due to a large number of passengers during prime-time, you will have to squeeze into the train with hundred and hundred of people.

I used to witness some foreign passengers missed their flight because of the ARL train malfunction system and I felt so sorry for them.

I recommend avoid riding during the rush hour, or else if you want to experience desperate disappointment the first step of the city center of Bangkok, Thailand. You are welcome!
Or on the way back home, if you want to miss your flight and get a chance to stay longer in Thailand, you are also more than welcome!!!

Fast and clean. But beware of the transit to the metro or other as Rail Link is high and there is no elevator to street level, only a long ramp.
