Location is good & very close to nana bts station. But room is small & i don't like it. Room service is very poor & hotel is not friendly. But for a solo traveler Bangkok in is a good hotel for saving money.

I have stayed in this place on and off for about 25 years. It has always been good value and in an unusually quiet location for this area. Suhkumvit is my favourite area in Bangkok. Originally German run but not now. It has been partially, recently refurbished with new tiled flooring and TV's, (instead of horrible old carpeting they had for 20 years! ) I have started coming back here again. The mattresses really need replacing.

When im in the sukumvite area of bangkok and require a budget hotel I usally stay at the business inn soi 11 (old business inn) but decided to seek better options this time in the same soi and found a far better choice a few meters away with the bangkok inn having larger rooms with larger bed for a extra 190 baht which includes free bottled water and electronic safe and friendly staff. Clean reception and rooms with no insects seen anywhere in the hotel, lift to all floors. Good sercure locks to room doors. My enquiries by email were returned within 24 hours, smaller rooms with double bed 990 baht and larger rooms 1090 baht,
hot and cold water shower, fridge with 2 bottles of free water, aircon, good free wifi in the rooms. Great location off the main sukumvite rd ideal for bars, restaurants including a few indian restaurants within walking distance, shopping and close to the street market on sukumvite rd,, 5 mins walk to nana bts (skytrain) to tour almost anywhere in Bangkok with day passes costing 130 baht being far cheaper then using taxis and tuk tuks. (and being over charged) 40 mins from airport, easily acessable using airport rail link from suvarnabhumi airport to phraya thai (last stop) then link to bts getting off at nana total cost around 75 baht.
fully recommended for budget travellers requiring a clean hotel in a great location.

It wasn`t exactly the nicest hotel, but I think it was clean. The plumbing in the toilet is really bad, and the beds are terrible. The one thing I truly enjoy is that it is a very central location, you can walk to everything.

I had a problem with a lock issue, and front desk said they will send someone to help me but I had to run so I said I will come back later. When I got back, I asked a houseman, who asked me for 70 baht for his services. I said front desk told me they would send someone up before, and then he dropped it and came up to help me.. sketchy.

I stayed here for one night before i headed off to the island of Koh Lanta. It is a small hotel just off Sukhumvit Soi 11, the room was a good size very basic but okay for a one night stop over.

The staff are friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble for them. Its right in the centre of Sukhumvit area so good place to stay for a night out.
