Stayed for 3 nights. I must say, the hotel is absolutely splendid. The rooms are clean. Located right in the middle of everything it's only a short walk to the skytrain. Thus, it's the perfect place for getting around town. The hotel staff is absolutely professional and friendly. Particularly Thanissara, a real service gem, left a lasting impression helping us out numerous times with our inquiries. Thank you and see you again.

I have been at Admiral Suites quite a few times while staying in Bangkok.
It's a really nice hotel and the staff are always very friendly and happy to help. It's nicely located near restaurants and bars and a short walk away from the BTS. It has a nice pool which is very handy especially on hot days.
The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable, clean and spacious. All the rooms I have stayed in have a balcony, a good size fridge, a kitchenette and a huge safe.
I will be back again and again.

The 4th time I choose to stay at admiral suites hotel. This is a good hotel ,Room is large and very clean ,the staff was always nice at the front desk and they're remember me, good speed wifi and comfortable bed. The location near sukhumvit road 1 km away from the skytrain and shopping mall.I will defiantly stay here next time I go to Bangkok.

If you respect yourself just don't.
I stayed here 4 nights, I must say that their communication skills are very good they will apply to every email and request as soon as you sent it. They arrange for my luggage to be picked up at the airport and brought to the hotel without a problem.
Checking was smooth, room was just disgusting, dirty floor, kitchen counter still had thrush on ith seeds and papers, very dirty shower with stains and mold all over, I complained and immediately they sent over a cleaning, I pointed out all the dirty areas and within 25 minutes the three girls made sure the room was clean, meaning it should've been done before in saving me a complaint and the discomfort.
Although I requested a non-smoking room there was an ashtray on the balcony field which cigarettes buds.
As per my request for extra towels I was asked to pay 20 baht for each additional towel per day, this is the first time ever that I was asked to pay extra for towels.
The room was big with office area and makeup area. TV had no channels programmed on it so I didn't even bother turning it on.
Electricity boat lights in kitchen and one in shower were flickering I complained about it twice and the electrician was sent over to the room twice, 20 minutes after he left the room the problem was still there throughout my stay.
Shower head was very low and could not be kept up on its original stand again I requested this to be fixed maintenance was in my room two times couldn't solve the simple problem. In addition to spending an hour in the shower not fixing the problem the maintenance guy used one of my towels to clean his tools in his shoes whatever it was I came to the room and there was a dirty towel with oil stains on the floor.
Breakfast, I can't even call it breakfast look at the pictures, air-conditioned was not efficient if it was even turned on, zero ventilation the place smells like fried food and I ended up smelling like a cook throughout the day.
I was on a business trip with meetings throughout the day dressing up shaving and leaving the room smelling good was a waste of time after breakfast the smell just as duck to my clothing.
Very poor variety of food, omelette was good, all the rest was just sticky including the tables, breakfast employees know English no smile no customer service. After the second day I chose to skip breakfast, and so did my other colleagues that I convinced to stay at this location ( total 4 rooms) and wore very unhappy as well.
I tried speaking with the general manager trying to have them fix these issues and see the time not happy, it was in Mission impossible the reception kept saying that the manager is in a different hotel she will only come here at 6 PM and one of them was able to give me her cell phone I did call her three times she did not pick up, there was no way to leave a message so I did send a text message for her to contact me, she never did showing me she really doesn't care.
Too many issues very uncomfortable stay I felt like I was trying to fix the world and then I gave up.
My recommendation move on, there are eight hotels with in 1 mile radius I recommend choosing another hotel.

I stayed 2 weeks at this hotel and have to say i was disappointed, pictures are very deceiving although clean and tidy its like stepping back into the 90's, very dated rooms which could really do with a face lift.

The air con was constantly dripping in my room, damp patches all over the ceiling area of the vent and i can only assume had been a problem for quite a while.

Room service on the menu clearly states 10pm, i rang up 9.30pm to place an order, requested pork fried rice which did not seem a problem, when i also asked for chicken fried rice, i was told 'sorry we are closed,we have to clean the kitchen', pork did not seem a problem but suddenly kitchen was closed when i ask for chicken, if they stop serving at 9.30pm then please change time on menu, i should be able to order food at 9.59pm, very misleading.

Staff were all very nice and helpful, security guy always gave you a greeting every day and location was great for places to eat and drink and some fun if you visit the massage parlours, granted it was a good 5-10 minute walk to sukhumvit (depending how fit you are) but i cant fault the location.

Parrot cafe next door staff were friendly and food was good enough to start the day off.

Little things like coffee & tea in the rooms (which nearly every hotel has especially if a kettle is provided), dish cloth, chair on balcony would have made my stay that little bit better.

Room tip: Try and avoid rooms overlooking car park, very noisy side street,
