We booked this hotel to be close to The Southern Bus Terminal. It looks imposing and probably was 30 years ago. The hotel is generally dim and dowdy and most of the staff are surly and unsmiling. The breakfast was uninviting as the already cooked food was cold! The room was dismal however the sheets were clean but the carpet had quite a few stains on and the tv was something from the 1970's. There are no tea and coffee making facilities or mini bar facilities. The single best feature of our stay was the checkout. Stay elsewhere.

This hotel caters to the Chinese tourist. Very noisy and loud. Busloads checking in and out and it is a madhouse. During mornings and evenings the elevators are packed. Stayed on 18th floor and the room had a great view but it could take 5 minutes easily, down in the morning. Rooms poorly kept. Light bulbs out in 3 lamps took 2 hours to replace. Hot water is spotty, mostly non existent. Breakfast buffet 2 star. Tube type TV's with poor reception. Wifi is on a card system, two hours for 150 baht (about $4 USD)
Bell staff friendly as is front dest but overwhelmed during peak periods. Any rating over a two is mind boggling. Oh BTW the location is not terrible but out of the way from all major tourist attractions and no Sky train so you will have to use taxi's.

Room tip: High floor gets you a very nice view but long elevator rides.

Stayed here for 2 night in December 2015 the hotel was ok, but the amenities were all out dated and old. we had a good view but because the window was really dirty we couldn't see outside clearly. Staff was not that friendly apart from the welcome staff (2 porters at the front) they were really friendly and helpful made our stay pleasant.

Room tip: remember to take universal adapters, they only have 2 pin plug bases

Stayed one night because we needed to be close the EENT hospital. Hotel is okay except that there was no tea/coffee making facility (which was a disappointment at the price we paid).

Breakfast is not bad. Have some selection of Western and Asian.

Location near to Central Pinklao and Tesco. Takes about 15 min to walk.

The hotel is good but most of staff are not nice especially in the restaurant (except bells and cleaners) . They treat customers unequal, show their racism towards Chinese or other clumsy tourists so I can't bare to see it. Front line staff should learn how to nice such as a very easy simple smile from their cleaners and bells.
