Traveled with friends during New Year so we decided to stay here due to reasonable price
The hotel is a bit old, room size is ok, the toilet looks old but clean.
Frontdesk staff are smiling all the time but cannot speak very well english thus sometimes we had communication probs
Location is not too close to the central or big shopping center.
Breakfast is great, tasty but room service food was cooked badly
Overall, its okay to stay here if you just need a place to sleep at an 4star hotel in bangkok

We were hosted by THY AIRWAYS due to a delay of a flight from Yangon - Made us miss our ongoing flight. We stayed at the hotel for 36 hours

That was a fantastic way to end a 3 weeks tough tour in Myanmar..

We did not bother to get out of the hotel except for 3 hours - enjoyed its facilities very much.
Clean, Very very clean!

Located between the airport and downtown (30-45 minutes ride by taxi due to constant traffic jams)

A rich buffet 3 x meals day which contained Thai,Chinese and Japanese food.
Outdoors barbecue in the evenings
Access to WIFI in the room (Cost about 12USD for 24 hours)

Great place

Room tip: We were given a room at the 26th floor. Very quiet

The hotel may designed and intended for the Japanese travellers, because almost wellknown among the Japanese, also most of the guest are the Japanese. Therefore, you would never feel disturbing or noisy from the guests who are Japanese. That is the significant identity/character of Japanese. The rooms are well decorated and save and clean, always look new. The location is o.k. for shopping or business, just catch the sky train or subway. There is the K Village nearby which is Japanese market and restaurants.

Room tip: As high as possible for the room to get the best view and avoid from noisy street down.

We were put up in this hotel by our airline (Emirates) when our flight home to Australia was delayed. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The meals provided at the buffet for dinner, breakfast and lunch were good and varied.

The rooms were new, clean and comfortable. The pool at the hotel was also very good. The location of the hotel was not particularly good as it was some distance from any other shops, attractions of restaurants. It was however close to the airport.

The biggest complaint that there was no free wi-fi service available at this hotel. The charge for use of the wi-fi was exhorbitant at 300 baht per hour of 450 baht for 24 hours. We were away for 7 weeks in Europe and at another hotel in Bangkok. They were all rated 2 & 3 star and without exception provided free wi-fi. I would expect that a hotel such as this could also manage to provide this service for its customers.

I sent my family to stay this hotel and I did as well. Hotel room is clean, price is reasonable for the location and people over there are friendly English speakers. If you are looking for a hotel in Sukhumvit area, I do recommend staying. It's not a very close walking distance to BTS station, but taking 5 minutes.
