I am unable to review the guesthouse as we were not staying there, however we chose their restaurant for dinner. I still do not know why we stayed, the service was horrible, after we sat down, the waitress came over, did not say one word, and plopped two menus down. She proceeded to go back to the table she had been sitting at, and texted or played on her phone, after a time she walked back and stood there, still not saying anything, so I told her what we wanted, she repeated each dish back to me then walked away, there was at no time a smile, or any acknowledgment.
Another server brought our food, we ordered two beer at that time as well as asked for a couple of plates, again no words were exchanged, she just walked away, and returned with the beer and plates, and the bill.
My husband and I just looked at each and said "is it us." not at all, we watched this again with other tables.
The food was delicious and very good valu, but the I would honestly say I would not go back.

Was good and bad. They allowed us to check in very early in the morning which was a great bonus for us seeng as we didn't have to hang around the streets of Bangkok. The hotel itself was what you'd expect for the price. There were two things we weren't happy about though. One been you had to pay extra to use the internet & two, they only gave you one toliet roll per day which we had to ask for at reception!

Stayed for 2 nights - you don't get a lot for 600 baht but considering the area you are in it's not so bad. No breakfast or wifi (computers in lobby 10b for 15 minutes) - enough space in room for 2 large bags - clean room and bathroom - decent shower - air con (very loud in our room) - old style tv - good location - friendly staff. Room seemed to have been modernised with a feature wall, and although fairly basic it's not a bad place for a night or two.

Located on a quiet side street away from Khao San.
Small rooms but we managed to find a place to put our cases.
Clean and tidy with a old style tv and noisy aircon
Mattress and pillow cases had a leather protector on them which we didn't notice too much
Good place for a couple of nights on a backpacker budget but wouldn't recommend any longer. No breakfast included but close to loads of restaurants.
Really friendly staff on reception.

Located off Khaosan road within the maze of side streets, four sons provides basic, clean accomodations, quiet compared to the noise of the main road.. The place is surrounded by quaint little eateries and spas so you'll never run out of good places to eat and a relaxing massage. Although there is no wifi, there's an Internet cafe in the lobby at 10 baht for 15 mins. Sufficient for backpackers who just need a place to spend the night and leave your stuff in while you see the sights of Bangkok.
