There are lots of people knocking out wood fired pizzas in Bangkok, but not many are knocking them out to the quality of Peppina restaurant.
Tangy, soft and chewy, just the way mamma used to make, although I doubt many mammas really would be capable of this quality.
We arrived on a busy Friday night without a reservation, luckily for us a spot at the bar had opened up and we slipped right in, we love sitting at the bar, it's like a seat at the theatre, you get to see the line cooks doing their thing and all the drama of a busy restaurant.
Set in a trendy area you'd expect to pay more for this quality, they do a line of pizzas that should satisfy every taste, from the traditional to the down-right odd.
We'd suggest sticking to the traditional, throw in a glass of red, a bottle if you're feeling generous and sit back and enjoy the night.
Great value, great pizza and a hot location, what's not to love.
