This is buffet style Japanese for 895 baht per person for 2.5 hours. There is a selection of sushi, nigiri, sashimi and salads as you enter. Behind that is a counter for tempura foods, gyoza, soups and a few cooked dishes. To the side is a counter containing a variety of seafood, meats and vegetables that are cooked to order, just place your token from your table into the hole on the plate before handing it to the chefs. It will be delivered to your table once it's cooked.
Overall the quality of the food was pretty good during our visit in particular the tuna sashimi which was brightly coloured and translucent and tasted great. All the seafood was good and the cooked to order beef and pork I tried was good. There is also a good selection of sauces.
To finish your meal there is a variety of small deserts and ice cream.
The restaurant was full when we visited about 1pm during the week and the staff were quiet busy.
Overall good experience and would visit again.

First time I have eaten here in a while. The quality and variety seems to have dropped quite a lot since the move from Siam Discovery. Very disappointing. The sushi was mushy; poor quality and maybe sitting a long time. Miso soup was bad. How do you mess up miso soup? I will say that the grill items were decent.

I've been here a few times and I always look forward to it when I'm coming to Bangkok!
The food is good quality, dishes are frequently replenished, and it's quite fresh (it is a buffet of course, so it's a given that it's different than made-to-order). The wait is quite long on weekends, but if you go mid-week there's rarely a wait at all. The selection is HUGE and staff are friendly and efficient. Hagen-Daaz ice cream is a bonus :D

1st of all its a buffet so things aren't always that fresh if they have been sitting for a few mins, the batter can loose a bit of crispiness but that about the worse of it.
The sashimi tuna was of a good quality as was the rest, but tuna is expensive so I always judge by that. You can order food to be freshly cooked, pasta, kebabs, fish, teppanyaki. There is dim sum & so many other things to choose from. Soft drinks & desert (inc Haagen Das ice cream) are included in the price. You can also sit 2.5hrs so you can really go for it if you wanted. I don't know if anywhere you could get Japanese food of this quality for this price. The service is "so so" but so is most in Thailand, my only gripe was no katsu curry, 1st world problems!!

My first time at Oishi Grand Siam Paragon.
The buffet cost 895 bht and you can sit for 2 hours 30 minutes.
You will be charged extra 50 bht every extra 30 minutes.
It is a good place if u are a giant eater and crave for Japanese food.

You can order Teppanyaki, Grilled stuffs, Pasta station, Sashimi and sushi, Miso soup, Juice, Ice cream and coffee. Beer is extra charge.

I found that sashimi is not really fresh.
The place is quite crowded so you can not feel relaxed in this restaurant.

Staffs are active but because of the hectic they can not be very friendly.

I would recommend this restaurant if you crave for Japanese food without expecting high quality.
If you love quality, better choose another place.
If you are a big eater and not mind for any cuisine, there are a lot of buffets to offer in hotels in Bangkok at this price with higher quality and less hectic.
