Located on the 54th floor of Centara Hotel, right in the heart of the city, this is the best Spanish food I've had! Crispy Pork that is cut with a plate that I got to smash afterward and Paella should be pre-ordered. They are delicious! We ordered seafood Paella and the lobster was super sweet and fresh. Fried calamari is a bit tough, but not much. Other tapas are good too. For dessert, whiskey mouse was good with noticeable whiskey. Of course, fresh Churros with bitter chocolate dipping is not to be missed!
