Great experience and really animal friendly place! We could really see that the attitude of the people in the sanctuary is focused on the well-being and happiness of the elephants. After feeding and playing with the elephants we had delicious lunch and then went for a swim and jumping from the rocks at a waterfall nearby.

We spent half a day at the sanctuary and had so much fun! Our guide picked us up from the hotel, on the way we visited a local market and then we got to meet the cutest baby elephants and their mother. We received a lot of information about the life of elephants in Thailand and also some tips how to act around them. Most importantly the elephants here are treated with love and respect and are not abused for amusement of the tourists. After we got to feed and play with the elephants, we were offered local food for lunch which was delicious. Afterwards we went to a waterfall nearby before we were driven back to the hotel. This is definitely a must-see if you're around!

I did a full day experience at the elephant sanctuary and I LOVED it! You can tell that the mahouts really care for the elephants and the guide was extremely knowledgeable about the elephants. Bathing the elephants with mud and water was such a blast. Also, the lunch was really delicious. Highly recommend!

Been in Thailand 6 weeks and this was a highlight for sure. We were drawn to this operation as they do not allow riding of the elephants and instead the day is focused on hanging out with them and their malhouts (trainers) in their natural environment. Took the half day tour and it exceeded expectations! The guide and the elephant trainers were fun, knowledgeable and lighthearted! We were in a small group of 8 people which was perfect, and gave each of us opportunity to get up close and personal with these magnificent animals. Playing in the mud was a blast!!!!! After which we enjoyed a traditional Thai lunch (where you could buy Beer for 50B :-) After lunch we headed to the water fall that you could jump into - I didn’t cause I was a bit scared but a few in our group did. But I swam in the water under the water fall. Refreshing! Don’t hesitate, book this amazing experience.

We had an amazing day om this sanctuary. The elephants does not have a huge area to go around in, but they seemes happy and the staff treated them well. It looked like the staff really varer about the elephants!! Our guide Chin also seemed to love the elephants and he was an amazing guide. They used food and snacks to make the elephants do what they wanted them to.
