Cheap rooms with aircon. Basic but clean and comfortable. Ensuite. Such a great location just off the main strip in an alley. Close to everything. Staff were lovely the dog was the coolest :) did the prayer and everything!

We got a big room for 350 bahts, with a king size (but kind of hard) bed. The aircon was a bit noisy at night, but efficient. But, most importantly: the "staff" there is amazingly friendly, without being "invasive". This is one of the reasons we stayed there for the whole week (we wanted to stay there for only a night). Gerard and his wife are doing an amazing job to make you feel you like home! They will take care of everything if you need treks, tuk tuk, muay thai fights, etc...

This was a good place to stay in the centre of Chiang Mai. The rooms were very big and clean. Really good matresses! The owners were friendly, but we felt a bit pushed to arrange a tour through them. The breakfast was big, good and cheap!
We would definitely recommend this place.
