Our previous guesthouse was booked so we had to move and found Na Inn. For 650 baht, we got a large room with queen bed, table and chairs, tv, wifi, fridge and aircon. There is a small breakfast included, which is basically bread and jam and a toaster, but they do include coffee and tea and the coffee is really good.
The wifi worked well, which we appreciated, and the staff was quick to help us. The window in our room wouldn't lock and they got someone out to repair it, although we did have to wait a day. We felt pretty safe anyways so it wasn't a big deal.
It was a good deal for the money and would recommend it to someone on a budget. There are no frills, but it's a pretty clean room with basic amenities, good aircon, in a good location. The lady that runs it is very sweet and always smiling.
The only negatives for us were some ants we had to deal with, but after the first day or so they weren't that bad and would only see them around the sink. The shower would fill up with water and nearly flood the bathroom, which was annoying, but still not too big of a deal.
