We had a wonderful time at the guesthouse! Lah was so lovely and always cared about our wellness!! The place is peaceful and far from the noises of the cars!
They propose many activities around the town and villages and that’s really helpful to see all the possibilities and choices that we could make!

Nice place, friendly athmosphere. Family room is big enough for 4 and even more. Food is great and welcome is really nice both by Daphne the owner and La. They have good tips for excursions.
Only negative point is that it is a little bit far away from city center and it will cost you taxi back and forth, but we will be certainly back on our next Thai trip.

We have just left this wonderful place, it is certainly home from home.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable and all en-suite, although it’s situated outside the city, Daphne provides a mobile phone with a taxi number on it.

The breakfast is simple but home cooked and very laid back. The staff especially Laa and owner Daphne are always around to offer advice or just to have a chat, round the swimming pool

We are already planning to go back next year to explore more the area.

We stayed here for 5 nights and paid about 197 euro, breakfast included. The room is clean and you have everything you need. An ok bed, extra blanket if you are cold, balcony and private bathroom (not always hot water). Breakfast is a small buffet with cornflakes, toast, jams and fruit. Orange juice, milk, water, coffee and tea to drink. You can also get omelets, fried eggs, french toast or real belgian pancakes (included). Swimming pool area was very nice but what we appreciated the most is how Lah (not the owner but she s there for whatever you need) took care of us. For every question, issue or trip: Lah was at our disposal. The entire staff was soooo friendly! Seeing as you are a bit away from chiang mai old city, you can get a tuk tuk or red taxi for 150 bath (one way). Down town you can get one for about 200 OR you call a tuk tuk from the mobile provider by the hotel and get the same rate. Call 20 min in advance. Our opinion: great hotel!
