what a cute elegant little hotel in a side street, away from the hustle bustle of the night market, yet only 5/10 minutes walking to the market as well as the walled city. The room is spacious, the bed with colonial flair big and comfortable, the bathroom cozy, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. I had small ants in my room - a common but still unpleasant nuisance. The friendly hotel staff moved me to another room with a nice upgrade. Tops!

We spent two nights with two kids while visiting Chiang Mai.
The location is very good. close to everything. and the service was good.
Had a problem with the hot water but it was not too bad.
Breakfast was good as well.

The hotel is only a 15min drive from the airport and although the hotel can arrange a transfer, grab a cab from the airport and it will only cost you 150THB. Amazingly I was allowed to check in at 11am which was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room was good, very comfortable bed, and the daily snacks of oreos and cakes alongside the complimentary water was a nice touch. Huge big bathroom, the only complaint being the rain shower-head was a bit clogged up, but cleanliness of the room can not be faulted.

Breakfast is decent, not a huge buffet, but there is a menu to order from to give you more choice and freshness.

Location is great, it's on a very quiet street, but only 5mins walk from the town and surrounded by temples.

We booked two rooms which were tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and next door to each other and all the staff were fab and friendly. Complementary tea and coffee and water and biscuits and kit Kats also provided in the room. We had an issue with a blind but it was fixed within 5 minutes of reporting it. The hotel was ideally located in a super quiet sub soi very close to a beautiful wat and just a 3 mins walk from the main city gate and a 5-10 minutes walk to the night market. The food in the hotel was good quality and cheaper than a lot of the restaurants within the city but not spicy so it suited our son some evenings. Breakfast was simple and you could ask for all sorts of eggs or bacon or waffles or pancakes in addition to what was offered in the buffet. Because we were long stay we got a free evening meal too on our last night. The pool was a bit cold (only negative for us as we like a warm pool) but lovely and clean and undercover and other guests used it happily. Staff were very helpful and booked us a very big taxi very cheaply to the airport at the end. Would recommend highly especially for the location and standards. Also next door to a great tour operator- who were miles better value than ones in the town and worked around our timings!

Great hotel on a quiet street within walking distance to temples, restaurants and markets. Great price, comfortable, spacious room, friendly staff, free wifi, hot water for showers, and a nice breakfast buffet. Would stay there again.
