I'm a travel agent and tour operator, and have stayed at/brought groups/sent clients to this hotel for a few years now. The Puripunn is an oasis just outside the busy center of the city, but it's so easy to get to the heart of it all. The staff goes well out of their way to accommodate. On my last stay they personally escorted two clients (on two separate trips) to the emergency room, and waited with them to make sure they understood the doctors orders, prescriptions and payment. I stay in hotels all over the world for work, and that never happens.
The rooms are immaculate, and tastefully decorated in beautiful Thai furnishings. They do daily room service, and nightly turn-down service. The breakfast is delicious! They provide transport into town, and have a great concierge desk.
They are kind, generous and the type of hotel that finds it's way into your vacation memories.More
