The hotel is a bit dated as mentioned in the other reviews but it makes no difference to the quality of the stay. Everywhere is very clean and your rooms are cleaned every day! Rooms are spacious with balconies and good aircon. The hotel breakfast and restaurant are very good too, as well as friendly staff and great location! Good value for money

We stayed here for a week. Big mistake. The hotel rooms are just not nice at all! They are so dark and old. We had a room facing the main road. Try avoid this because the traffic noise is so loud. Also the balcony door wouldn’t close properly so we had to buy so much insect repellent for the room. We also had to buy air fresheners and cleaner for the toilet because the smell was just disgusting.

The hotel had so many groups staying and omg were they noisy. The walls are paper thin. We really didn’t get one good nights sleep there.

We ate in the restaurant once and my partner found a dead fly mushed up in his food. Look it can happen and they did apologize but the place doesn’t seem the most hygienic.

There is a tour desk in the hotel and we booked a few bits through there.

Our main complaint really is the noise. How the staff just allow groups to scream, shout and blare music in the hallways is beyond me.

It’s a cheap hotel but I wouldn’t stay more than a night.

We stayed for 10 days and had wonderful customer service, food and the people are the nicest!! Hotel is a little dated but very spacious, clean and comfortable!! By old town and the night markets. Easy to get a sungthou or a tuktuk to go wherever you want to go.

This probably would have been an amazing hotel 30 years ago. Now it's totally old fashioned and somehow it feels like abandoned. But it is also fair to admit that the price is good for what it's offered. The breakfast was decent, location not bad, just in one of the corners of the big square-shaped old town, and inside it was spacious.

We stayed there for four nights and very happy. Hotel is within walking distance to old city and gates. It is dated. Our rooms were large and everything is there in room and works. Staff were friendly and helpful! Breakfast was included in price and food was same everyday. Food was not hot enough and selection was good. I only paid $27 Can per night including breakfast. I am happy with what I got. Don't expect a Four Seasons hotel service. I will stay there again when I am in Chiangmai again!!!
