Stayed here for 5 days during our stay in chiang mai. Entering the hotel creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Our room was on the second floor facing the road. The room was absolutely clean. The lighting in the room could be brighter, we somehow always felt it was nighttime. Since we came there to explore the city and its surroundings this was ok, however the noise in the room from the street at night was terrible thanks to the poorly insulated balcony door. The included breakfast was very very basi (toast, fruit). Overall it served its purpose.

We had 4 nights here earlier this month. Walking into the lobby we were greeted with this amazingly decorated hotel. Relaxing space, a dining area for breakfast and on the first floor another sitting area. The rooms on the forth floor was lovely with a balcony looking out over the main road.

We loved our stay here, so close to the walled city, airport and only a quick Uber away from the markets and restaurants. The breakfast is simple but fine for what you need.

The only negative was the lack of elevators but we handled that with ease.

Room Tip: VERY close to airport

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. They were always there if we needed any help or had any questions and went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our trip. When we were checking out they even provided us all with packed lunches for our plane journey! The hotel was gorgeous and really nicely decorated. Very boutique style with large rooms and a homely feel. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was slightly out of town and about a 40 minute walk to the main Chiang Mai night bazaar (only 10 minutes in a taxi). However, the walk was quite nice along the river and gave us a chance to explore Chiang Mai so this didn't really matter at all.

We were supposed to stay 2 nights and ended up staying 6. We are digital nomads and downstairs was the perfect place to work, lovely decor, great wifi and we even got brought cups of tea and watermelon to keep us going! The room was large with a great balcony and also had perfect wifi. Family run place and in the morning they cook you breakfast. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and great for the price. Across the road is the big park which is thriving with activity. The beautiful, ancient city walls are also across the road and you can walk into the old town and Sunday market easily (or it's a very cheap tuk tuk). You are spoilt for choice with restaurants, 2 great places next door - one does amazing soup- try it! We also went to a couple of great restaurants nearby that serve everrything from Thai to Gluten free and vegan food and a lovely Italian. This is now our home from home in Chiang Mai.

Room Tip: We stayed on the front which has a bit of traffic noise, If you are a light sleeper maybe ask for a room on the back.

It is close t the center but it is not that close to the busy area. Just get a red taxi and have a ride for 50thb to the market area.
The surroundings of the hotel are chilled. It lies on the edge of the old town of Chiang Mai. Many good (not shady) massage places are hidden there and are ready to be discovered by you.
The hotel does not have a pool area. The breakfast is ok, but they are trying! The have a really fast laundry service, 5thb per piece.
The rooms are a bit dark, also the lamps are a bit misplaced, especially in the bathroom. There are no lamps close to the mirror.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
