That is correct we do not change bed linen every day, we change it every second day.
The air con units are 7 months old and are serviced every 3 months, if you unit was noisy, you should have informed the reception.

Deluxe room is located on the side of building, so sunlight does not hit it all day long.
Though unsure why that is a problem, when you were out till 5.30am every day and slept til 14pm every day(as you advised reception not to enter the room , because you like to sleep in)

Also considering you never stayed or even seen deluxe plus or super plus(as rooms were fully booked out), i am really unsure how you can make a comment about sunlight in those rooms

We had following negative experience
1) Below average room with dirty bed sheet
2) The night receptionist did not know password for Wifi or operation instructions for safe deposit box in the room. We had to wait until morning
3) The day receptionist were hesitant to go out of their way to help even though we desired some critical information
4) On booking.com, the description of this lodge reads that it is 5 minute walking distance to 'walking street'. Unfortunately, it is a lie. It will take at least 20 minutes to walk to 'walking street'
5) Terribly slow Wifi that was totally useless

A rather very dishonest review.
For starters, each room has an instructions manual attached to each safe, then there is also a guest booklet, which also has instructions manual in 3 languages.
Night reception most certainly knows the password for the Wi Fi, though asking for network key instead of a password a non native speaker is NOT the smartest thing to do.
And lastly , we are a budget hotel, not an information booth, on top of that we are a budget hotel, which provides great value rooms. If you require critical information or someone to hold your hand to operate a simple safe, i would suggest staying at a 5 star hotel, such as HIlton, their price of 10 000 baht per night, does include full 24 hour service.

If you're after something luxurious or classy, this is definitely not the hotel for you!! However, if you're only looking for somewhere cheap for a night or two, this is fine. The staff are friendly and courteous, although I was told off by the owner for forgetting to drop my room key off before going out!
The road it's on isn't very nice. It's very noisy with motorbikes and scooters passing all night. The only thing we could see from the windows was a labyrinth of cables and wires of all kinds, which wasn't pleasant at all.
Next door is the famous Tony's Gym if you're into that sort of thing.

Room Tip: Choose a room away from the street

I am confused by this guest complaint a little, first she stated she did not see the signs, but then stated she does not know a hotel which does not offer rental of beach towels.

If she did not read any signs, how does she arrive an conclusion hotel does not provide or rent beach towels?

Perhaps this VIP guest can name some hotels which allow WHITE bath towels to be taken to the beach?

Hotel does rent beach towels, but 50 cents would appear to be expansive for this guest.

Clear signs are posted all over the place, including reception, in-room manual and door in the room itself right next to the sign about linen, NOT to take towels to the beach as towels get damaged and stained, especially white bath towels yet this VIP guest ignores it with excuse "i did not see" and now unhappy about being charged 50 cents? Does this VIP guest think cleaning stained and sandy towels is free? Should be thankful hotel did not charge full cost of a towel.

Guest read the sign about the bed linen but conveniently missed the sign about towels? placed right next to it

Naturally its a bad manager and bad customer service because apparently hotel should wear the costs of damage and loose money for this VIP guest with 1 night booking, while guest should be allowed to do as much damage as possible without any consequences and naturally paying as little as possible.

Is this VIP guest also under the impression that hotel linen is free? if it is damaged, it needs to be replaced and 3000 is the cost of replacing it.

Extra charges for Wi Fi? i would dare this VIP guest to show receipt they were charged for Wi Fi

Hotel charges non guests for Wi Fi who sit around for hours using internet without spending a cent.

Cheese sandwich with coffee and orange juice is also not enough it seems(putting aside cheese in Thailand cost 2-3 times more than in Australia)

I can only suggest 5 star hotel for the next stay of this VIP guest, where for 10 000 baht per night guest can enjoy buffet breakfast and beach towel might be provided for free, though i am afraid damaged lined would still be charged, only at triple the cost of what Pattaya Holiday Lodge charges,

I am sorry guests stay was ruined and guest had to pay an extra 50 cents, reading hotel rules is wise, especially when there are only 10 key points not 50 as claimed by the guest.

Pretty amazing place, great value close to the action of everything! I could walk to the various markets, clubs or take a handy baht bus. Everything new and in tip-top shape. Friendly staff, comfy unit, quiet.

I felt I had booked too short of a trip!
Yes, I will be staying here again, soon!

I think i was one of the first customers to stay there. great looking rooms, everything brand new, large lcd tvs, large fridge etc.their restaurant is just delicious and best of all "local" prices.

mini bar was always full and amazingly prices were same as 7/11.

free wifi is another great addition, but best of all i found is coin washing machines.

5 stars for everything, service, food, rooms, prices-a real value for money in all aspects

Room Tip: i stayed in deluxe plus room, not sure of others but this room is great
