Stayed 11 nights for a golfing holiday in the Evergreen Wing, which is at the rear of the Hotel. Great, central location to bars, restaurants, transport, and attractions. The included breakfast was excellent with a good selection of Western and Asian options. The room was clean and serviced daily to an excellent standard. Swimming pools were very inviting and cleaned daily. Staff were excellent.. Very friendly and always willing to help from arrival to departure. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and good quality. Will definitely be staying here again!

Room Tip: Evergreen wing for less noise. Join Ace Club on arrival for great in-house discounts.

Our 2nd visit to Areca Lodge. The location of the hotel is great and has easy access to transport plus bars n restaurants on the doorstep.
We had a deluxe room but was disappointed didn't have a full balcony only a smoking area outside. The room itself was lovely, large clean & modern furniture. Bathroom is very dated and shower is just a head attached to wall with very tempremental pressure and the water could got very hot/cold in a second, definitely need to upgrade this!!!
Hotel food was lovely & cheap, everything we tried on the menu we enjoyed! Beer was reasonable and always cold.
Pool area nice enough but no where near enough beds and the few that are there are not in best condition. Beware of sunbed police who only allow u to be away from your lounger for 30 mins as you may have your towels removed as we did!!
Whole area of hotel is absolutely spotless!! Staff work very hard and are helpful mostly.
Had to pay for Xmas & New Year gala's which I thought was a bit of a rip off, New Year was compulsory and cost about £80 for us both, definately not worth the money!!
We have enjoyed both stays here but it the hotel is tired and relies on faithful returning guests, didn't seem to be any new guests. We have seen nicer hotels in the area for less money.

Stay here for 1 night in November 2017, nice swimming pool, good breakfast, clean room Staff was helpful and friendly. Not far from walkingstreet, you can walk around here to find some restaurant and many convenience stores. This hotel near the shopping mall too. Reccommended!

Areca Lodge is central on Soi Diana which is a busy area. The hotel has a nice entrance and swimming pool. There is a lift which occasionally broke down, sadly I was on 5th floor at this time. The room was a good size, comfy bed and quiet for a good nights sleep. No good view at rear of hotel.
It’s a little more expensive than other hotels in the area, but I preferred the peace this sanctuary offered from the madness of Pattaya!

Good spot in Soi Diana if you want access to bars and restaurants, we were on a golf trip and it was excellent to get to and from etc...........Golf courses in this area (all 30 of them) are excellent and worthy of a trip..............Jomtiem Beach was also worth a look and possibly a better place to stay for a holiday.
