At check-in the lobby smell like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, the hotel looks really old and run down. I tried to cancel my booking but then they were gonna charge me for the entire night so I decided to stay as it was already late. They took forever to check me in as somehow they couldn't find my booking. When I entered the elevator it was very hot and musky so was the hallway and even the bedroom! I went directly to window to try and open to get this horrible scent out which the bellboy assisted me with. Still I decided to stay as it was already after 11 pm and I was tired and I just had 2.5 hrs drive from Bangkok and just to shower and eat. The bellboy after sometime got the AC working and he eventually close the window. The bellboy keep staring as if he was waiting on me to tip him but seem to got frustrated and left. I decided to shower right away. The bathroom ceiling had dark spots which seems to be caused by leaks before, I began to shower and had to stand in a puddle as the shower didn't drain! I requested an iron they didn't have any.
The safe deposit box doesn't work. The Wi-Fi keeps asking to sign in again .I went down to file a complaint hoping for some compensation but the attendant was extremely rude and didn't even to care about my problems. She finally send a maintenance guy after standing there for like fifteen minutes complaining, the guy came up to the room without tools he just looked around and walk away. Am writing this review at 3am in the morning as I cannot sleep in this horrible hotel thinking whether or not to find a hotel now or try to live out the rest of the morning and now the Wi-Fi eventually stop.

I'm not sure what type of establishment they're running, but it is not one by any standard of "three stars". The language barrier is a struggle, but our issue was bugs in our room, where we provided pictures as proof for easier understanding. All they did was dismiss us and ignore the situation. On top of all that, the room smelled, and the water in the room didn't run very well. Obviously, the staff was rude (regardless of language barrier). Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Dont go to this hotel.
First thing when you check in to hotel they demand for 1000 baht as deposit evenif you have done full advance payment.
Hotel staff is rude, will not be attentive to your issues.
Hotel room has nothing worth to pay for 1000k deposit.
Hotel rooms are with very old type of furniture and electronic items.

I went there at July 2015, but the hotel rooms are small and the staff are not helpful. When we went there our key can't open and we waited at the corridor for 20 minutes to open the room door. The only goods things, hotel is high and we can see the beach from the hotel room. Breakfast is not buffet. It is like a la carte breakfast style

Room tip: Room at High floor
