Spent 4 nights with my family at this hotel. Booked online prior to stay. Location is perfect for markets. Staff are attentive and rooms were clean. Price was value for money. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel if wanting value for money and location.

I cannot express this disappointment, seeing all the good reviews i was utterly appalled, run down, falling apart and little ant like creatures in the room (its a shame you cant upload videos as i have one of them crawling all over)

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. It was recommended and booked on our behalf by our guide before we left Australia on our 3 week holiday in Vietnam.
We were placed on the 4th floor with a large window overlooking the market square, The room was airy and cool, we had a fan which we used, as we like a cool breeze when we are sleeping. It was very clean, with a kettle and cups (no spoons, coffee or tea which was mentioned in an earlier review). There wasn't a safe in the room and our guide said any valuables would be put in the safe in reception.
It's been said before we are paying $29.00 pn, and for what we got it was a fair deal. All we had to do was to buy a pack of Nescafe 3 in 1 coffee sachets as well as tea bags, plus use one of the hotels complimentary toothbrushes as a spoon.
The shower comes with complimentary comb, soap, toothbrushes and "scratchy" towels which was mentioned in earlier review.
The hotel has big keys which are left at reception and collected at reception when you leave or come back.
I suggested to our guide that the management only need to do is look at these reviews and with the minor items being attended to, it would rate higher on Trip Adviser.

The hotel is located at the Nguyen Chi Thanh street. Along this road, there are bunches of hotels, big or small. The hotel is clean. Front desk staff is highly trained. The cleaning maids are working at high efficiency. From the deluxe rooms with street windows, guests can see the street view of the town. All the hotels at the row can hear the public broadcast which may be annoying for light sleepers. All the hotels have no air conditioners in room, The hotel equipped with electric fans which are very practical. The hotel has a garage for free parking. Wifi is ok to use. Soundproof is acceptable.

We stayed at this hotel for two night to look around the sights of a typical mountain city where friends had visited. The hotel overlooks the busy central area of Da Lat and at night the very large and busy night markets. the lake with it's restaurants and water sports are about 5 minutes walk away. the rooms are spacious and the breakfast which was included was excellent all for $47.50 AUS a night. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room Tip: all the front rooms have balconies with lake views.
