It was advertised as a night food joint but we arrived at 8:30pm and they had no seafood or fish left. The beef we got was good, though.

Our order was rush as they close at 9. We felt very pressured to eat quick and get out.

Wine by the glass is expensive, around 145, 000 dong (around double most other places).

I took my sister out for her first vietnamese food. And the food was all above average. Surprisingly good food.
They seem like start cooking base on orders. Very fresh

Good food and safe for those a bit concerned about food safety. Feels a bit like a market with lots of cooking stations around the building. Vietnamese pancakes were really good and the bun cha was good too.

A short walk southwest of St. Joseph Cathedral. Despite all the excellent reviews, we were hesitant. This place screamed "Tourist." Attractively-attired young hostesses, extensive menu (with translations) in a laminated book. (In fact, some of the locals belittle it, presumably because it may be too 'slick'; and, indeed, there may be several branches of this restaurant -- not positive). However, once you are confronted by the food, you realize this is real local food, excellently prepared -- and patronized by many locals. Prices are very fair for the quantity, quality, and service. We elected to sit in their 'outside' patio area, where the ambiance is reminiscent of a German beer garten implemented in the Orient -- long communal tables with skilled servers weaving their ways between them. Overall, heartily recommended, would gladly return.
