This hotel ticks all the boxes, friendly staff who are committed to helping you, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. This hotel is located close to the lake and main attractions. Surrounded by affordable good quality restaurants and spas. Walking distance to the lake and shoppignprecinit of the old quarter. Nothing is really out of reach. The hotel provides a great breakfast, and also has a travel desk to assist with your loans.

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the rear of the building, very quiet

This hotel is older and you can tell as you get in. It does look tired but is clean. Their breakfast is very good. The bathrooms although clean was old with the tub was old with scratch marks and rust around the corners. The AC was a bit slow in cooling down the roommaybe because the room was large. The location is 5 minutes walking from the Water puppet show with lots of choices of restaurants and bars in the French Quater.

Room Tip: When they say double or twin for a bed, they are asking if you want two double beds together to make a kinf size bed or two singles!

Arrange for airport transfer with Imperial Hotel and the pickup and journey from airport to hotel was impeccable. Driver was waiting for us outside the Arrival Hall and send us to the hotel within 45 minutes. Hotel staff was waiting at the main road to assist with our luggage. Check in was smooth and room was upgraded. Reception staff was courteous and English speaking. Stayed for 7 nights, and have breakfast everyday. Menu was changed daily, was fantastic and wonderful kitchen staff.

This hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly, and it was within walking distance to most notable attractions (it was a half hour walk to the West Lake, the farthest attraction we went to). Breakfast is good with a buffet offering mostly Vietnamese options and hot pho available to order. The first two nights in the hotel my friend and I had a small but comfortable room. Upon our return from Ha Long Bay for one night we were given a large room on the second floor, almost double the size of our first room (so if you are not satisfied with you room, ask! There may be other rooms available). The hotel places a lock on its doors at night, as most hotels in the Old Quarter do, but a staff member sleeps by the door to unlock it for guests (the hotel staff insisted there was no curfew and they did not mind waking up to unlock the door for us). Overall I would recommend this hotel: it's not a 5* luxury hotel, but it's good in a good tourist location.

Room Tip: The room on the second floor overlooking the entrance is large.
