We recently stayed at the Pearl Suites Hanoi and it was a little gem. The location is in a laneway but this was a positive, as the street it attaches to is one if the busiest and noisiest in Hanoi. By being in the lane, we were able to get some noise reduction. The room was lovely with the biggest bed I've ever seen. The staff were the icing on the cake. They were so helpful and so friendly. We booked a tour to Halong Bay through them and it was cheaper than booking it direct. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was great. Close to food, bars and the lake. We definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

We moved to the Pearl Suites after a error on our booking at the sister hotel Asia Pearl hotel. The hotel had only just opened. We found the staff at reception very friendly and willing to help us to book tickets to the water puppet show (even escorted us to the show). The rooms are spotlessly clean, great size bathrooms and trendy showers, nice hot showers. Lots of great resturants within walking distance of the hotel.

We left our luggage at the hotel while we went to Halong Bay, on return back to the hotel they arranged us a room for us to shower, change and repack our bags for the train to Sapa. We were escorted to the train, even shown to our cabins. Met on arrival back at the station and taken back to the hotel. Could not ask for better service.

I cannot thank to staff enough for helping us to enjoy our stay in Hanoi.

We stayed twice, once for two nights then for one more on our return from Sa Pa. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and the air con very welcomed! The breakfast each morning included a variety of western and local options as well as a small buffet. Yummy.
The location is excellent with a short walk to the all the attractions of the Old Quarter of Hanoi.
All of the above are great but it's the staff who really make this place welcoming. They go out of their way to assist with anything you need. We found some wonderful eating spots thanks to their recommendations. They also assisted with bookings when we were having difficulties organising aspects of our trip. It's also fine to sit in the reception and natter to them about local customs, etc. We really enjoyed the stay here!

After hearing many nightmare stories from fellow tourists being ripped off, we were quite skeptical when we arrived in Hanoi. We caught a bus into the hanoi city and it was quite a walk to Pearl Suites.

When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly faces, offered a refreshing juice and after checking in, we were shown to our room.

We initially booked a deluxe but was upgraded to a family deluxe room. The room and bathroom was clean, tidy and spacious, there was a laptop to use in the room (which came in really handy as we transferred all our photos from the camera onto our hard drive) and there was a heater/air con ! What a pleasant surprise !

Breakfast was simple but great. You can order very tasty pho or go for fried eggs and toast.

Being tucked away in a lane off the old quarters certainly has its advantages ! You dont get the noise coming through at night, yet it was in close proximity of all the attractions - hoa kiem lake was a 10 min walk and the shopping streets was pretty much around the corner.

The staff always had a smile on their faces and was extremely helpful in pointing our good bars, restaurants and shops to visit. We ended booking 2 day tours - a hanoi city day tour and a tam coc day tour - and also a 2 night halong bay tour through the hotel which made things so much easier for us ! And all the tours were fantastic and we would not hesitate to recommend these to anyone !

We had pre-booked for one night at Pearl Suites initially but ended up staying an additional 2 nights ! The next time we are in Hanoi, we definitely know where our first choice of accommodation is !

Thanks Windy and Pearl Suites for making our short stay in Hanoi so memorable and enjoyable !
