The best place to know Vietnam's traditions, culture and minorities - you need only 1-2 hours (depend of you) to get a lot of information for example about minorities lives in Vietnam. Great maps and photos.

The outdoor display area exhibits a variety of Vietnamese homes as full-scale replicas, with varying architectural styles , there is full replica of traditional water puppet theatre ..interesting...

A great way to start learning about Vietnamese culture. Learned some interesting fact about Vietnam and this gave us more of an insight into the Vietnamese people. Well worth the visit.

This museum is well worth a visit although, a little out of town and a taxi recommended. All the information for the artefacts are in English. They have several houses erected in the grounds which are well worth looking round. If you are there at 16.00hrs there is a fantastic water puppet show with live music. The restaurant is set up to help disadvantaged children to learn useful skills in the work place. The souvenir shop is also worth a visit.

Often a busy place with mostly tourists. There is not much to view inside but the reproductions of ethnic houses are interesting. The snack shop offered cool treats.
