The location of this hotel is great, the staff are nice and speak English well enough, and the rooms were clean. They overbooked the first night we stayed, so we were upgraded for one night. However, after moving rooms, we could hear a bar or karaoke place that was quite noisy. Luckily, we were tired enough to sleep through the noise, but it would have been disturbing otherwise. The breakfast buffet was nice, too.

Nice, simple and clean hotel. Perfect location, in the heart of the city. Very close to the market and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and the buffet breakfast was good, however there were not many options catering for different dietary restrictions
(I can not eat pork and a fair amount of the food is made with pork). But overall a very pleasant stay.

It was a great stay! Clean! Spacious! Good food - breakfast and afternoon tea! Good location for food!!! Good for muslim traveller as there are multiple Halal Restaurant close by. 15% off in-house foot massage but there is a catch to that, make sure you check the price of other location for foot massage.

We stopped by this hotel’s spa to get a 70 minute massage advertised outside for 250K as we wanted a decent price in an air-conditioned space. Unfortunately, the massages themselves well very average. The foot massage involved the same 3 moves the entire 70 minutes which didn’t do much. The regular massage was spent more than half the time on feet (worst part) vs. back and shoulders. The atmosphere is calm and the chairs are leather and actually have an opening for your head so that’s the only plus.

Stayed here in Jan 2017 , i know it is a pretty late review, forgive me ;)

The hotel is located right in the center and is easily accessible from everywhere, ben tah market is just a two mins walk and there are so many restaurants close by with any type of cuisine required.

The rooms are neat and tidy. we had one issue where the bathroom shower was broken, but that was promptly taken care .

Good place to stay and will come again :)
