The room in this hotel was fine. It was clean, had a good shower that - if I was early enough- even had hot water. The breakfast is simple but sufficient and the staff is very kind and helpful. It's only a two minute walk to the street where you can find bars and clubs and the little alleyways harbour plenty of good small food stalls that are cheap and serve delicious food. There's a street with upmarket restaurants nearby as well so everybody gets served. Still the hotel is nice and quiet as it's tucked away in one of the alleys.

Stayed here for a weekend trip. The pictures are alot nicer than the actual room. Our room had no window (or rather the window was blocked by the closet). The tub was wobbly. The room could do with updated furniture, fresh coat of paint and a good clean.
The plus side is their friendly staff, good location and their breakfast. The hotel is by the main road, so it is very noisy, even though our room was situated towards the back end of the building.
Stones throw away from the night life street. About 15mins walk to the market and approx 30 mins walk to the Notre Dame.

We ended up staying here for almost a week on and off with a trip to the delta in between, they let us leave big bags in a luggage room whilst we were gone. The capsules are a cool idea and the hotel staff and friendly. We did our tour for the Cu Chi tunnels with them (hint: the 100,000 vnd is a bit negotiable).

The hostel is tucked down a side alley off one of the main streets so it's quiet at night but still close to everything in the backpacker district (including very close to the bus station).

The free breakfast is served til 9.30 and is either fried or scrambled eggs with bread which is on par with everywhere else in Vietnam.

this is the place to go!

I stayed at this hostel after leaving the Hideout/Hangout hostels and it was just what I needed. The pod layout makes for a better quality of sleep as you are less likely to be disturbed by others. The beds were comfortable and communal bathrooms were kept really clean. To note: this isn't really a social hostel so I wouldn't recommend to solo travellers.
