Spent 4 nights here. The staff were brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room itself was very clean and tidy. Got very good value for money. The location is good - not too far from the city centre.

Stayed here for 5 nights while looking for a long let apartment.
Super clean room and helpful friendly staff.
5 minute walk to walking street and big underground food market but in a quiet safe alley.
Easy walk or short taxi ride to all the main sights.
Last stayed here 4 years ago
Has not changed which is a good thing.
Thanks to everyone

this little gem is nestled between other little hotels in n alleyway, right smack in the city, with lots of activities surrounding it. It's vlue for money and the rooms are surprisingly huge for a small establishment like that. Service is great, English speaking guys, Cham and Thao, place is clean and breakfast generous!! It's highly recommended!

Obviously this place is not a five star hotel but the price is a bargain! For a budget traveler this place is a really good place to stay. The room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was good and the staff was very energetic and friendly. Only con was that we were on the fifth floor with no elevator. Location is really good, central but not noisy at night!

Look, if you’re looking for 5 star accommodation, this place isn’t for you. However, if you want a comfortable, clean and friendly hotel right on the edge of the insane backpacker section that is very affordable, this is a great option.

Arrived on a late plane from Sydney but had zero issues checking in. Staff was always friendly and ready to help with any questions. The hotel is also down a quiet alley which is helpful and I never felt unsafe even at night.

Yes, there is no lift and the stairs are steep, but if this isn’t an issue for you don’t worry about it. The room was clean, air con worked (very important), only issue was the shower pressure wasn’t great (seems common in Vietnam). I was also on the top floor and I think the staff hangout just above this and could be noisy at times, especially in the morning, so maybe request a lower floor if possible.

Vietnamese breakfast was tasty and included in the price (western also available).

Overall, had a great stay at the Bich Duyen.
