i was suprised to read a very bad review about this hotel and it is mu second stay here and i find it hard to fault it. the room was big and clean with verything working, staff from reception bellboy security restaurant staff very good and polite. The breakfast was first class with a buffet breakfast each morning. If I could find some faults is that it may be a little out of the city for some people but regular buses or not far to walk to the river. It is very close to the airport 80000 dong less than $5 us. If i could fault the place would be the pool area is little dirty and pool is not very inviting. On weekends i think children do swimming classes so useless to use.

Room Tip: i would not get a room facing the front little noisy as the taxation office are building a high rise but almost complete

We really enjoy our stay at this hotel. First, the location is great, in the middle of the airport and downtown, easy to access to anywhere of the city.
Second, the hotel service is awesome, we had hotel laundry service for our whole stay and everyday we get our clothes back fresh and clean in the nice bag. The room is very roomy, it fits 2 queens bed, plenty room for 4 people in the room. The shower is rain drop shower, very nice. They provide buffet breakfast every morning and the food is great - combined of Western and Vietnamese food.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family. The price is very good for who want to stay in budget.

We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our time in Vietnam and was by far the most expensive and worst experience. The hotel charged us on card even after giving us a receipt saying cash payment meaning we got millions of dong out that we didn't need!!! The breakfast was very average, by 8:30 there was no fruit left and the rest of the food was cold. The construction site nearby was loud. The website promised city views from the room, not sure you can call a building site a 'city view'. The pool was constantly used for swimming lessons, it's not a public pool! Don't boitger staying here- find somewhere else!

We stayed here for two nights and it was the worst experience so far we have had on our travels, we have stayed in hostels for £4 a night which was much better than this.

The location was horrendous, completely out of town and go get into town was either a 45 minute walk (in which we got mugged en route) or an expensive taxi.

The hotel staff seemed helpful on arrival but our impression of the hotel did quickly change. We had been charged on card even though booking.com said pay in cash which increases our cost by £25. We asked for a quiet room on a high level floor and were given a room in the first floor next to the elevator and were woken up to housekeeping standing in our room at 8:30am. The towels and bed sheets had stains on and the window was boarded up so our view was a plank of white wood.

On our second night after already feeling very fed up, we had no hot water and no wifi.

All in all, an awful experience and will never return. Our friends stayed in much better and cheaper hotels in the city centre. Do not stay here.
