Cococlub undoubtedly deserves to be ranked higher than it currently is. The culinary experience is exquisite, the atmosphere is fantastic and the host's generosity is unmatched. We came here for my wife's birthday on a rather quiet evening. We were greeted by the manager, Mr. Jennes, who gave excellent food recommendations in a fluent English spoken with a pleasant French accent. My wife ordered the Tiger prawns which were cooked to perfection, while I went with the mixed "hot stone" which was finished in front of me, stirring my appetite even more. We also took advantage of the happy hour, 2 for 1 cocktails, which were really good as well. For dessert, we tried the panna cotta which was creamy and refreshing. The final bill was more than reasonable. As we were about to leave, I went to Mr. Jennes to thank him for the wonderful meal. He invited us at his table for sharing a drink with him and another nice couple from France. Upon learning that it was my wife's birthday he asked the staff to pop a champagne and put on a subtle tune for the occasion. We went on and told stories for another couple of hours and had a really good time. Mr. Jennes asked for my e-mail to help with our itinerary in Vietnam. We even got to meet his lovely dog, King :) This is not your typical restaurant, as others have pointed out before me it goes the extra mile to make sure it puts a smile on the customer's face.
