I urge everyone to second guess going on the Mama Linh boat tour. Although it is inexpensive, the costs add up and your time is better spent exploring Nha Trang or simply sitting on the beach.
The boat we boarded was filled to capacity and not comfortable (keep in mind you are on this boat for almost 6 hours). The first stop was the aquarium, which was as expected and fine. Expect to pay 70,000 dong for this visit. The next stop was the snorkel stop and "playtime." Which was basically 10 boats on a dock where you could snorkel on a dying reef or pay extra for a 2 minute parasail trip. My sister became ill at this stop and the only way back to the harbor was to pay $65 US one way on a speed boat. This was the only option apparently and the guide pocketed his commission, thus profiting on my sister's illness and transport back to the harbor and a bathroom.
The next spot was lunch, then "floating bar." I'd recommend not attempting to drink the awful liquid they call wine. Not even to get drunk. Then the beach, which you also have to pay to enter, and is dirty and full of people.
I recommend saving the 10-12 bucks you spend and spend it elsewhere.
