Very Very worse their foods & beverage, Basically they cheat with people with their sweet talk, don't believe their word/commitment. be careful about this hotel for any kind of deal. too much bad. too much bad guest service.

Good value for money

The served foods were good, despite there was a limited choices. It is value for money if you get it on BOGO offer or buy one get two free offer.

However, the dessert section needs a real improvement.

Nice business hotel with good service & friendly staff

Located in Banani, this hotel is a nice place to stay while on a business trip to Dhaka. Staff is polite and prompt. The hotel offers free pool as well during happy hours. Located in the vicinity of many restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. They also offer pickup & drop facility to the airport.

Surprisingly impressive

Given some of the mixed reviews, I went to this hotel with relatively low expectations. In the end I was really impressed, the location is great, near lots of really nice restaurants, clean and comfortable rooms and good leisure facilities - nice rooftop pool. The highlight however is the staff who could not have been more helpful. Special thanks to Hosein who used his own account and discount code to book me an uber.

Haven

Was very surprised when I first checked into this hotel. Having been to Bangladesh before and stayed in hotels of varying comfort, this is a great one. Rooms are clean comfortable with great beds. It is located close to restaurants, shops and in a quiet location, which is huge plus in this country. Had to go to another city for work and was retuning, asked if I could get the same room on return, and was pleasantly surprised when this happened.
