We went quite early after the Subuh prayer at the nearby mosque. not much choices for breakfast. They serve only main meal, they don't have bread etc. Service was a bit slow maybe it's just right after they open the restaurant.

Of course given that the food here is cheap, one can't expect too much. Restaurant is not very clean and the food is just average tasting. Had a diarrhoea the whole night after having the tom yam soup here. The staff were very friendly though.

Stayed here for 2 nights last month..and we're sort of disappointed with the services we get. Though the rental fee was cheap at only US$12 per night, i think there should be at least some kind of standard.
Food: was okay. But the staffs here kept getting us the wrong food.
And the worst thing is.. one of them actually can tell me to order the same food as my cousin to make it easier for him to cook?? Not once but TWICE??? and we ordered a cup of coffee and tea each...we're served a pot of tea??
But the restaurant always full during peak hours...popular with Malaysian travellers.
Wifi: it's free but intermittent connection. No connection at all for 4hrs for our first day...so fed up we bought pre-paid card to access to the internet.
Room: Yes it's only US$12 but i think we deserve better room standard! One side of bed sink in due to the plywood break... Bathroom door knob broken.. There's both air-con and fans in the room but no use switching on the air-con cos the walls have holes for the cold air to escape.

Today I was in Phnom Penh city to visit some places.i went to Cental mosque at 12 o' clock for prayer.after prayer I asked one of Muslim person for any restaurant for halal food.he told me about tasnim. I went there and I found a lots of halal dish.the preparation of the dish I ate it was so delicious.the preparation method of the dish was very similar as European style.so any European tourist will like this kind of food.the service was fantastic.the waiter was so sweet and smiley.i will come back here everyday during my tour in Phnom Penh.

This pension, to me and my friends, is the best place to stay in Phnom Penh, in terms of the price, comfort, hospitality and the accessibility. Priced in USD 5 for a single bed room, this place offers quite complete facilities, starting from in-room bathroom, cable TV, fan/aircon, and the most important thing, free wifi access. They also offer "unfake" hospitality; we're treated as their family. Apart from the fact that we are Indonesian, who are considered as their Malay siblings, they were willingly provide additional service for us, like lending us iron, bargaining price for Tuk-tuk, traditional pedicab. Moreover, they cook very delicious food in low cost: Tom Yam, Siem Reap Soup, Ngam Ngov Soup are sold for USD 1.5 only. Great isn't it?
