Stayed here 5 nights had no problem at all, the room was spacious clean and comfortable with a fridge and complimentary water , the pool was clean and very refreshing from the hot afternoon sun. Breakfast was no buffet but very adequate and had a selection of 5 or 6 things no problem for me as it was very tasty. Tuk Tuk to hotel cost around 30 to 40,000 kip from the airport and was about 5klms on the outskirts of town. Noise level was very good at this hotel found it to be very quiet, its about a 10 min walk into the main centre of town and night market , but plenty of shops and massage in the near area .Club just down the road walking distance full of locals but friendly ,great Italian restaurant in the same street but turn right about 300 meters . Places of interest in Vientiane ,authentic massage and sauna just before a temple it was a relaxing afternoon and also the Buddha park if you have time and the scope centre but it was closed when I went , overall a pleasant and comfortable stay here.

Room Tip: overlook the pool

The hotel is difficult to spot from the road. But I was thankful that they had a airport transfer. Our family of 5 stayed in one of the family rooms and it was plenty big enough for us. The room was clean and well kept. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was also good. The staff was very helpful as well. We also like its location. It was close to shops and also to the night bazaar.

This is such a horrible place to stay in. The hotel is run down, badly maintained, bathrooms are dirty, and rooms are smelly and dated. Even the bed sheets do not feel fresh and clean! You can hear through the thin walls, which is disturbing. And the hotel is placed just off a dodgy, dirty and unpleasant street. No safe provided. And all the guests look so unpleasant. They have some TripAdvisor badges displayed in reception area. What a disgrace!

The hotel is not properly maintained and the pool and surrounding looked so tired. They has to do something on the mosquito and the smell when you walk into the lobby. Surely there is better option with the same price.

I travelled to Laos in the hot season in March and wanted a cool dip after the fun at the border.I searched for a hotel with pool and there are only a handful ,most of which are in "communist" style hotels.I like some character so chose this hotel.
Hotel entrance is not very prominent and is done a narrow alley leading to a very unattractive container box like building that is reception. My heart sank but passing through reception leads to a cool oasis of pool and attractive buildings.
Loved the pool.
Wooden stairs to upper floors with no lift.
Rooms were clean but dated.
WIFI signal not very strong.
Breakfast was buffet style and edible.
Staff very friendly but Vietnamese boss not one to smile.
Location is great with a ten minute walk to the river with nice bars and restaurants.Immediate area has many backpacker hostels and western food outlets.
If you have no interest in a pool stay somewhere else.

Room Tip: No lift to upper floors.
