I stayed in a three bedroom business suite. The suite had a great home office equipped with a printer which was quite helpful to me in getting my work done. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. They politely helped me with all my requests. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job with keeping the suite clean. My history with Hilton Colombo Residences has been nothing short of a delight. The team takes great pride in their role, and gives unconditional attention to every request I have had. While there are a few outstanding staff (Kushan, Rohan, Hemakantha, Sajith, Neeliya), the fact is that every success is a team effort. Housekeeping, reception, MAGIC hotline staff - all well-trained. My tip would be to sign up for the Hilton Honors program. My holiday plans are determined by where a Hilton is; making it to the next tier of membership gives good benefits. Kudos to General Manager Karim and team for an exemplary effort.

The apartments are very nice, well stocked and comfortable. The service is excellent. And the breakfast is exceptional. Strongly recommend the local egg hoppers. Amazingly friendly and welcoming staff. It is a great place to stay on a long business trip. After a while it starts to feeling like home and the staff like people in the neighbourhood. Strongly recommend it!

I came 1.5hrs before check in time and already there's a flight delay as well and after verification of my booking i had been told to wait for 30 mind in an other room because my room is still not ready , but it's already 1 nearing 1 hr in this temporary room, no msg still, keep u posted

My husband and I are expats and have been loyal to The Colombo Hilton Residences since it first became a Hilton property and this has truly been our home when we visit Sri Lanka.
We had to make a sudden visit to Colombo due to a family medical emergency and ended up staying for 3 weeks in July.
We have ALWAYS been treated like royalty and this time was no different. From the time we stepped in through the doors we were greeted so warmly and most of the staff recognized us from our previous stays even though we had not traveled during COVID.

Exceptional service from screening security to front desk to house keeping to flow restaurant staff. Keep up the excellent work. House keeping was prompt and pleasant.
