This is the first time I stayed at Cinnamon Red Colombo and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my other colleagues and friends because of the amazing customer service provided by the f & b team. We had lot of high teas and lunches in hotels. Bt we feel very disappointed about cinnamon red breakfast. Bcz They finished the bill before we finished eating. Even though we wanted more food, they told us that the buffet was over. Feeling again disappointed about customer service.. We paid money and went to eat, but we did not get the opportunity to eat as much as we wanted.

Very nice hotel, room is clean and comfort. Hotel Staff also very kind, helpful and serve wholeheartedly, especially House Keeper and Gym instructor (I am sorry forgot their good name). And special thanks to Chef Gayan for super tasty food, Milk Rice + Fish Curry and Cheese Omelette is my favourite. Definitely my first choice if I go to Colombo again in the future.

We had a amazing time at Cloud red bar recently. Few of our friends gathered to have a drink after a long time. It was a gloomy day and we sat inside the corner. We all had cocktails during the happy hour. Eranga helped us a lot when choosing cocktails and very tasty. He plays a vital role in the bar.Staff are attentive and helpful. Definitely we will visit again and recommend to have tasty cocktails.

The place and the rooftop city view is wonderful in cinnamon red colombo also the workers giving the best service in cinnamon red specially Mr.Eranga who’s always there for a quick service plus good customer friendly.

Very fun and funky hotel, good service, very clean, rooms are nice size and extremely comfortable. Lunch was very good, breakfast was ok (better if you like breads etc) and the rooftop bar & pool were nice. Plenty of places to eat, drink, relax, good location not far from shopping centres and esplanade.
