Good food, Great place, Wonderful Service

The ambiance of the place was great. The food was exceptional and the service provided by Dinesh and the team at Uga was great. Overall we had a wonderful time at Uga. Would definitely be back and recommend the place to anyone.

Great Hotel in Colombo

Best Hotel in Colombo!
5 or 6 times there.
Anytime in colombo, will go there. No doubts.
Great rooms, great restaurant, amazing service,
Hotel manager is the best, and they always care about the guests

Room tip: Only 11 rooms. Normally you need to book with time in advance.

Home feeling

4 yers after COVID we travelled to Sri Lanka. Every time we come to SL we stay our few days at Uga residence. Always welcome us like their family.
Thank you Dushyantha (resident manager) for looking after us. Uga kept their standards up to date with difficult few years of unpredictable nature of tourism.
We have been transferred to Tintagel after day due to a total hotel by out for a wedding.
Dushyantha and the team did everything they could to accommodate us without any disappointment.
Thank you to management at Tintagel for upgrading us to Royal villa.
Food and drinks (their arrack cocktails) are really great.
Thank you Manjula (group executive chef) for all the lovely meals and takeaway lime pickle bottle.
We wish you all the best and looking forward to our next visit.

Visit for Brunch

We visited with friends Yday for brunch & the services and quality of food was exceptionally good. The amenities of the place was beautiful & food serving portion size, price and taste was exceptional . Looking forward to our next visit and experiencing new Cusine .

Luxury in the heart of Colombo!

We choose Residence by Uga Escapes as our destination vow renewal venue. We did not regret our decision! Our stay was seamless, the food was excellent, service was world class. It was a quiet and relaxing oasis in the heart of Colombo. Dinesh & Ashan together with the F&B team, and chef Manjula made sure our evening event was as we had planned and dreamed of. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for an excellent stay and we look forward to being back!
