Enjoy Beshbarmak (boiled meat mixed with boiled noodles, and spiced with onion sauce) in a Yurta (large, round tent with vertical walls and conical roof). However, sometimes they don't really let fresh air come in, so it may become smelly inside :-)
Also, it may take waiters longer to show up once you need them.
But my overall inpression is, it's the place to discover!
